This was my first time at Chili’s. My wife had been before, but it was new for me. I really liked the service. Our waitress was friendly and even though things were a little slow, we did not mind. We ordered chips with the three dips to start, and the dips were not great. The chips came in a huge portion but were too oily for us.
For the main course my wife ordered pasta and enjoyed it. The portion was big for her. I got the Triple Dipper with Nashville chicken crisps, chipotle chicken crisps, and bone-in wings. It ended up being a lot of food. We also had a beer and a cocktail. By the end we both felt like we gained a couple of pounds, but the atmosphere and service made it a good visit. The dessert was a nice finish. I would come back.

It was, by far, the best experience I have ever had in this Chili’s (and I’ve been coming to this one for over 15 years). It was apparent that there has been a management change recently and whoever it is, they are doing amazing.
It was a busy Friday night (7pm) and they seated us right away, the waitress was amazing and had our drinks out fast. We didn’t even have to ask for refills because she was all over it. The food was hot, tasty and had amazing taste.
The whole team did an amazing job and I applaud the team, great job!!!

I have been coming to this location for a while now, but this visit in particular was spectacular beyond belief! Johnny was so personable while he was seating me. My server, Patrick, was very attentive and accommodating. The manager, Paul, was also very kind and helpful while dined tonight. Definitely will be back soon, especially if this team will be here when I do!!!

When we walked in there was no one at hostess stand. Finally an older man came and looked at his chart then took us to table the only time he even acknowledged us was telling us they were doing shift so we could not sit in the raised booth. No server available. We didn’t ask to sit there. Server was a bit confused. Might need more training. We still left 20% tip. My husband did.

The so-called quesadilla explosion salad was served with dry, microwaved chicken and four cheese quesadillas that tasted like they were made three days before, frozen and then microwaved.
My friend’s steak was an abomination and an extremely cheap cut of meat. And I mean cheap even by Chilis standards. It also appeared to be pre-cooked. Very sad.
I didn’t even tell you about the service. It was full of people who seemed more interested in TikTok than their actual jobs. Our server, Alexis, tried to be nice but she was poorly trained and ill-equipped for her job. This signals a failure from the top down at this restaurant.
In the end, we both remarked that we would have had a better meal at McDonald’s.

I chose to celebrate my birthday with friends and family at your restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
Paul, the manager, informed our table that my daughter and her friend were not permitted to exchange their alcoholic beverages because Chili’s measures all drinks as served. However, the beverages in question tasted overwhelmingly like strawberry syrup, with very little alcohol. The situation could have been handled with more understanding and flexibility.
Additionally, the macaroni and cheese was extremely watery and lacked the quality we have come to expect. When I brought this to Paul’s attention, he insisted that it was the same recipe Chili’s has always served. I respectfully disagreed, as I have been dining here for years and am familiar with the standard quality of the dish.
I would like to note that our waitress was wonderful—sweet, attentive, and kind throughout the evening. My concern lies primarily with the manager’s response and the apparent disconnect regarding the food quality.
Overall, this was not the birthday experience I had hoped for.

Received our food in a 15 minutes after ordering and received our soft drinks in 2 minutes. The ribs were mainly fat. The sliders were cold. We interacted with our server 2-3 times. Overall the food was mediocre and not worth our $50 bill. The leftovers we left with basically went in the trash. The best thing about the meal was the Sprite and Lemonade.

2nd Time here @ Chili’s this week. This is not a frequent place we’ve visited over and through the years really. Can’t even say how many times ever we’ve been. That’s just how never we’ve been. Anywho, we thoroughly enjoyed the service, the staff, the atmosphere, and especially the food. We had the 3 Trio as seen in the picture as is and with Guacamole added. All sauces are freshly Homemade in the house. At least 99% of them I believe to be true. Everything’s hot and ready just like a Hot and Ready Pizza FrFr @ Little Caesars Pizza… I mean #Fruh-Fruh Fruh-Fruh Doh’man. The Burgers NIGH Y’all! Whewwww Weee Shucks Wowwww Dag Darn’it Man! These here Beefing Body Builder Gym Burgers are LARGER than a Life Sentence, minus the bad/unfortunate part but Good and GOODER LOOKING #ThatPart. Tastier than uh … uh, I CAN’T EVEN THINK STRAIGHT. I’d just rather have another bite before he demolishes his burger. Which by the way had 2 humongous Beef Patties on it. But I’m OK again, so um it’s tastier than uh an EXTRA MOST BESTEST SAUSAGE PIZZA w/EXTRA CHEESE (only) CUZ pepperoni is my favorite

Honestly anytime I come here I wish I had gone to the pooler location. Tonight more so than others. I would have been fine waiting 20 minutes for my food as we did come in at ten but ordered immediatly, but 45 minutes for it is another story. The server did not even come to explain what had happened but instead looked at our empty table and walked off just for the food runner to bring our food ten minutes later with it looking more than rough and not see our server for another five. It took 20 minutes just to get my Marg of the month, but I let it go. Even when my husband recieved an unsweet tea instead of a sweet tea and could not change as for the lack of staff. I saw my server all of twice in the hour and do not even know her name. When we got our food we just wanted to leave as it was a simple sorry about the wait and that was it. I usually love chili’s, the food is wonderful and the atmoshpere is even better but this time it was terrible. Please make the trip to pooler it is much better and the staff is very welcoming and friendly!
