Very pleasant experience for my 1st time at this, particular, Chili’s location. I was in the area shopping and a storm came. I wanted to place an order through the app; however, I needed to pay with gift card, and the option is no longer available through the app. Upon my arrival to the location, I was greeted, immediately, with a pleasant smile and helping hand from a nice lady (whom I later found out was the store GM). Although the crowd was small (I’m guessing due to the storm), the atmosphere was big and welcoming. I will definitely go back when I’m back in that area.

Aspen was a great server. From the moment I walked in and sat down, she had a welcoming smile on her face. She kept a respectful attitude, and amazing manners. She always kept our drinks coming, and was very quick to bring our food. She gave us enough time to order and things did not feel rushed at all. She is super amazing and I hope I get her as a server every time. 5 stars!!!!
