We had a wonderful experience at Chili’s with our family! Our server, Jared, was absolutely amazing, attentive, kind, and so welcoming. He made our meal even more enjoyable with his friendly service. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for a family outing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend!

The Southwestern Egg rolls they are SO freaking good. Seriously. They’re so good, and the Salmon is off the charts amazing. I was very very delighted by Chilis and trust me I will be back for that Salmon hahahah- the mash potatoes are off the charts and the broccoli. I mean literally the whole plate took off into space. The long island is good, at first it was too sweet but nothing to mention, so the next one was better. Lets just say my order this time was nothing unforgettable. Also cant forget my amazing waitress which I forgot her name, but she was delightful. The place is clean, and I didn’t have any issues.
2nd time Chilis I ordered doordash and I was a little skeptical about this but the Ancho Salmon Caesar Salad, how about that huh? Yeah awesome. Actually made a good decision about this one, its filling and good to the taste buds. Covered with a what I think is a bbq sauce with Parmesan shreds that habitually settled to the bottom of the plastic container it came in like it always does everywhere else too, I mean whats the point of Parmesan sprinkles on salad for decoration? Because its always found at the bottom and its no ones fault but it’s definitely a wow its at the bottom nice let me scoop it up with a fork haha but yeah great salad! I got the sauce as avocado ranch dressing go chilis wooooh

My son stated food was great but the night bartender on Thursday night during the Miami game spent to much time talking with her co workers. He stated they just openly talked about there personal life and complained about waiting on customers. He stated they had to ask for everything. He also stated the black lady bartender was giving employees alcohol while they were waiting tables. He said the waiter and bartender never asked for IDs from customers and there were under age youths who received alcohol. He stated the youths were laughing about being allowed alcohol. My son does not drink. His training to be a cop. He showed me videos of what was going on with the employees drinking and the bartender serving minors.

We just love chilis. The staff is always friendly. The drinks and food come out so quickly every time. We also love the fact that you can just pay at the table when you’re done. So you don’t have to wait for the check. It’s the little things for us.

My husband and I placed a takeout order, and the phone service was extremely poor. When we picked up our food, we found a small cockroach crawling on our fries. It was completely disgusting and filthy. I contacted them, and the manager did his best to reassure me. But believe me, I will never go back there, and I will tell my friends not to either.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. It’s always busy, so I assumed the food would be good — and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything I ordered was very satisfying.
One small disappointment, which I’m sure was just a mistake, was that I was charged for the house-made guacamole but never received it. Since it was a pickup order, I didn’t want to drive back, so I just ate without it.
Aside from that, all the food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and delicious.

I’ve been goin’ 2 chili’s 4 several yrs & outta 20-30 times I’ve ordered the ” , ,soda & chips n salsa I’ve only gotten my cheeseburger cooked 2 order properly ’bout 10 times & that’s all thanks 2 JASON @ the mall of hellorgia. The best manager ever at a restaurant n this state!! The present manager absolutely needs 2 b retrained!! I went there 2day 2 watch the games & ordered that meal. As I like my cheeseburger slightly pink under medium, not pressed so it’s juicy & not burnt! But I either get it raw or over done!! So, if JASON whom does his job w/t excellence, isn’t there. I will not b returning!! As 4 the atmosphere I was freezing 90% of the time! As 4 service, that depends on who’s serving me. As, they need 2 retraine the manager on satisfying their repeaters, the servers on listening 2 ur request on the order. & Fire the so-called cooks whom can’t cook a cheeseburger 2 order!!
