Wait time was expected. It was our server and food that was not okay. It took forever just to get a water and silverware. Then when we got our food, it was not good. Very bland and nasty. Server hardly came to see about us to make sure we were okay or needed anything. It wasn’t good.

Half of the restaurant was empty, yet I was told it would take about 25 minutes to be seated. Then once I was seated I had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come and take my order. I ordered the pasta with shrimp and chicken, it wasn’t great, it was a little overcooked and salty. Servers seating around on their phones. The chips were mostly in small pieces

Sat at the bar to have the famous 3 for $20, I had a lemonade, potato soup, and the bacon burger. The reason I gave 2 stars was solely based on the price. Sat at the bar and the bartender greeted us 25 minutes later, the bus boys were dropping dishes all over the floor and the drinks are subpar. I will definitely not return

I love Chilis! I had to take a step back for sometime due to issues with the services I had previously. But I came back today for a birthday and the food was great, drinks were amazing and the staff were so polite and kind! Our server was Amarie and she was such a sweet soul, very patient kind and helpful. I loved her energy!! Thanks again chilis, everything was great!!

I came 1 hr away from Lagrange to get my chicken crispers!! Food was perfect, exactly what I ordered! Niyah was my waiter she was polite and very attentive! Would definitely recommend this location. Clean & close to other shopping centers!

!!ROACHES ON BAR. BAR SMELLS LIKE SOUR MOP WATER!!!This is our bar my friends and I come to kick it. We love our crispers BUT SITTING AT THE BAR WE WATCHED A ROACH CRAWL FROM WHERE THEY GET ICE. We politely told our bartender lowkey. But COME ONNN YALL. Every time we come in the evening the bar smells like sour mop water. IF YALL SHIFT CHANGE. Change your water. Jeez. Got take out twice and both time I can clearly see the entrence of the back DIRTY. STUFF ALL ON THE FLOOR. This is REAL FEEDBACK FROM SOMEONE THAT wants to enjoy their 2 times a week drink and chat with homies. IVE CALLED AND TOLD YALL. ATP someone need to call the health department. Bartenders always great. Service in the bar booths suck. We literally watched our waitress go sit in her car (grey nissian) and we needed her. We no longer sit in the booths.

I’ve avoided this chilis for years cause it’s always a mess. Got a tip from another chilis that they are under new management. Went by today and surprisingly the service was excellent!! Rod was great!! Very attentive and friendly. Service was good from entering the door. There was a guy and two ladies at the host stand. Super friendly!! I actually called before I came just to see if they would pick up the phone because in the past the have not. Friendly girl answered the phone and she had a great attitude. The restaurant was packed so I was worried they would be out of stuff because this has been the case in the past. Not the case today. Everything came out fresh. A little mishap with my steak but they fixed it right away!! For ONCE I have no complaints at this chilis and I’m happy to go back. I’m hoping they can keep this up. Years ago this chilis stayed packed with customers and it’s nice to have a team of employees who don’t have an attitudes. Kudos to the team that was there tonight and whatever the manager Trevor is doing keep up the good work!! I know this area is always a challenge but you are on the right track so keep it up!!

Very disappointed. I ordered the two can dine fajitas. And I promise you it looked like a kids meal. $40 and everything could fit on one small plate. And they even charged us for chips and sauce. Everyone knows that is free at every Spanish restaurant in the world. I will never go back to this restaurant im not sure what was the waitress deal but she kept forgetting things and we had to run her down any time we needed something! This place is absolutely not the place to go for a good night out.

I just want to give a thanks to chilis and Isaiah a huge thank you . I’m not from ga and my car was stolen on the November 20th. It has been a long weekend and I’m truly truly greatful. It bought me to tears because I’m here with my kids and we all are in shock. Please give him a raise or a promotion I felt welcomed and he did not judge or turn me around. And that is what you call great customer service
