We had a wonderful experience at Chili’s today! Our server, Jeremy, was fantastic attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right from start to finish. The managers, Angie and Nya, also stopped by our table and were absolutely amazing. Their attentiveness and genuine care truly elevated the entire experience.
The food was excellent, and the highlight of the visit was how special they made my daughter Maggie Beth feel on her birthday. The team sang Happy Birthday to her (December 21!), which meant so much to our family and made the celebration extra memorable.
Outstanding service, great food, and a team that clearly cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back!

When we first got there they hadn’t placed our reservation. Waiting wasn’t a big issue. When we got seated, one waitress saw the size of our group and walked back to the back with a look of disgust on her face. We had 20 people celebrating my daughter’s birthday. I get it. It’s a big group, but It’s no different than having several tables to serve. The next waitress that came had silverware and a bit of an attitude. The next waitress that came began to take our drink orders. The waitress with the silverware asked her if she was working the table, and she said she was told that she was next but she would help get the drinks. The waitress with the silverware said, “No. You can have it. Nobody wants this table. ” That was absolutely the rudest thing I had ever heard from a waitress. But I didn’t say anything because the waitress getting the drinks said she would take care of it. She took care of all of our group without any complaints, with a smile, and with efficiency. We never wanted for a thing. Her name…Yo Anna! She saved the night! For everything that was wrong, she made up for it just be being what seems ro be naturally herself. I was a bit upset to find out that tips paid on the card are shared among everyone, so my wife and I made sure that, we left her that amount and then some. YoAnna was the best server I’ve had. She should be given a cape because she was the hero for the night. The 5 stars belong to her.

Great Saturday lunch! Our server was awesome. Tall guy with glasses and curly hair, very attentive. The chipotle salad bowl was to prepared as requested. Pasta was made just right for my son. Will definitely be coming back! The only reason I gave four stars for atmosphere is because the floors seemed to have broken chips and straw papers on them. I’m big on clean floors, make sure you keep the broom handy.

We come in as a party of 8 on February 10th to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday! Service was top notch and the staff came out and sang happy birthday which made my sons experience even more exciting! Thank you to all the staff who participated, it was so sweet and unexpected. Food came out fast and hot as well! Thank you so much. We will be back!

Stopped in for lunch at 12:45, restaurant was clean, hostess was friendly. We were seated right away, ordered and didn’t take long to be served. Food came out fresh and hot, burgers with fries and a drink, and fresh hot chips as an appetizer. Relaxing meal, good portions and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Arrived a few minutes before 5 pm. on a Sunday, and a table of 7 was seated within 30 seconds! The restaurant looked really slow! Our server made sure we had fresh drinks the entire time. We never ran out! The food came out within 15 minutes. Presentation and taste were outstanding! I enjoyed and highly recommend the fajitas trio. It was more than enough food!

I recently ate at Chili’s and was really disappointed. I ordered the mac and cheese, and it tasted old and was served cold, which made it pretty unappetizing. Honestly, I would have given this place a 1-star review, but the only reason I bumped it up to 2 stars was because our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive. The service was the best part of the experience, but the food definitely needs improvement.

When we came in was told it would e 20 minutes or so, even though there were several empty tables . Saying that, the kitchen is behind? After 30 minutes walked back in and the empty tables had people sitting that had come in after we did ( give my phone number and was told we forgot to text you) if the service with your greeters was that bad we can’t expect any thing better? After being seated, it took 15 minutes for the server to come take our order. He said, “Sorry for the wait. I’m the bartender also.”
