I’m very disappointed with my recent visit here. My husband, our two kids, and I came in around 9:30 PM for a late dinner. I ordered a burger, and after just two bites, I started feeling sick. When I got home, I developed diarrhea and an upset stomach. I decided to look more closely at the burger and realized it had not been cooked all the way through. The inside was very pink and clearly undercooked.
This is extremely concerning, especially when breastfeeding and dining out with children in general. Food safety should always be a priority, and serving undercooked meat can cause serious illness.

I’m writing this review on veterans day! I wanted to give the location a huge thank you! The service was amazing. The wait time was less then 10 minutes. Everybody was in sync when it came to processing food orders.

I ordered Cajun shrimp pasta and it was basically shrimp Alfredo with paprika sprinkled on top. Food is very underwhelming at this location. The Mac and cheese for my daughter was terrible. It’s basically Kraft, but was not heated properly. We just paid the bill and left. I didn’t want to send anything back and get my hopes up that the replacement would have been any better. Sometimes it’s just best to leave.

Always an amazing time at Chilis Kennesaw! Our server and server assistant, Greg and Nick were absolutely incredible. From attentive service to quality food, couldn’t ask for a better experience! Please continue to shine Greg and always be on top of it!

Im a sucker for Chili’s. Usually this location is amazing, but the loss of a star from me is 2 fold.
Service staff is very friendly, but they did seat someone who i know is an employee before us despite the fact that we were on the list first, next in line for our seat, and had been waiting 15 mins already. I get perks for employees but this is one of those things that leads to a loss of customer. Girl, you’re cute in your dress and pink hair but you shouldn’t be allowed to skip the line.
It took 15 minutes on our last trip to get a waitress to attend to our table and receive drinks. The queso was sent out cold, which they caught rather quick though before we had more than a bite of it! The rest of the service and food was good.
Most days this location is good, lunch is better than dinner.

Service was great and drinks were nice. The burger was ok the wings were not cooked crispy so we didn’t eat them but the Nashville mozzarella sticks were ok and the loaded fries. Sliders meat slightly under cooked but overall good people and a good vibe.

It’s been two weeks since I’ve had the delicious burger, cooked to absolute perfection. It was so good I have to write a review and say give that burger scientist a raise! There are other chillis locations that I’ve been too and they don’t make them the same. Whom ever it is I’ll be back to send my personal compliments. Well done kennesaw!

This is our first time at this Chilis location. Everything was great! Nhyira was our server and she was friendly & a wonderful server. The hostess was also friendly. The food was hot & cooked perfectly.

Our host was so incredibly rude to my family. We had been waiting for 30 minutes in an empty restaurant when we were told, we’d only be waiting 15 minutes. My dad and I walked in and politely asked why our wait was so much longer, and we were completely ignored and given dirty looks. I’ve been here before with friends, and the service is continuously bad. The waits are always so long and the waiters couldn’t care less about refills or any of your concerns/questions with the food. I have truly never been treated so poorly at a restaurant.
