Good customer service and clean area. Chips were fresh with a good salsa that was not too spicy.
Cheese sticks were juicy and hot. Fries were crispy and seasoned well. Sandwich breading fell off easily and the buffalo sauce isn’t that hot.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious and very affordable. In today’s financial climate, that is everything. food was ok. the steak did not taste great and was almost burnt. but service was excellent. the manager was very nice and checked on us often. He was willing to replace the steak we had. Went here on a busy Saturday evening. While the food was quite good and fresh (with the exception of way too much lettuce in the grilled chicken bowl), the overall experience was not enjoyable. The floor was filthy with food dropped by previous diners – should have been cleaned by the person clearing the table after them. Our waitress was superficial and had to be flagged down to even come to take our dessert order or check on the drink which never came. Our appetizer plates were not cleared till almost the end of our meal, as the young girl who dropped off our food did nothing more than that, including refusing to check on the delayed drink. Another guy came back with water and lemonade which was already served but not the drink. Very disorganized service with inflated tip suggestions. Not patronizing again. Restaurant itself is dated with dull interiors.

Hadn’t been to Chili’s in 20 years. It was slammed. There were many empty tables but they must not have had enough servers, because many people were waiting around for tables. Our waitress was so sweet and kind. The food was fine- but I wouldn’t go back. Kids loved the lava cake though.

We pass 2 Chili’s locations to get to this one. Food is always fresh, fast, and great. Restaurant is clean and the ziosks are full of grime, hand prints, etc. The ziosks get gross over time, shouts out to those that require properly cleaning them.
The new bacon guac chicken sandwich is tasty and Chili’s espresso martini with tequila is solid. Housemade ranch and honey mustard never misses. And we LOVE the southwestern egg rolls forever. We often come and split the triple dipper. I love the Big Mouth Bites, but 9 out of 10 they are overcooked and old. This location always serves them hot and fresh as intended.
Sidebar – The Chili’s rewards program is a waste of time. We pop in regularly and have only received the free chips and salsa or beverage as a reward to date.
The Johns Creek location is still solid. You can tell management cares about the quality and experience.

I’ve been to a LOT of Chili’s and this is one of the best. Came for Veterans Day and every employee seemed genuinely excited that I came in. Lots of happy Veterans Day and thanking me for my service. Our server was attentive and Johnny on the spot with everything. The food was tasty and hot. I’m a Chili’s fan from my time in the military and I’m always happy to see when one does such a great job. I’ll be back and I’m hoping the quality stays the same.
