My mother, daughter, and I went and had lunch yesterday and my mother was served a raw chicken sandwich. She has stage 4 lung cancer and has chemo every 21 days which makes her immune system very compromised. Had I not cut the sandwich for her and seen it was raw, she would have bitten into it and ended up with salmonella which could’ve killed her with all the other stuff she is going through. Our waitress Destiny was very apologetic but as we know it wasn’t her fault at all. My mother ordered off the 3 for me menu so her meal was only like $10.68. That’s all the manager took off the bill and we had to keep asking her to take it off at that. They cared about no other way of making this right. Please check your chicken people so you don’t end up sick! This is a serious matter. Very disappointing! I only give five stars to our waitress Destiny because she was very caring but there was nothing she could do.

This chilis always hits. Went to catch up with a friend. We both got the triple dipper – rolls, bites and crispers (Nashville hot and honey chipotle). Slayed. Both got the new good witch marg- dragonfruit flavor- best seasonal marg I’ve had at chilis handsdown. Service is always great at this location and atmosphere is good. Loved it!

Been awhile since we’ve been to this location and decided to give it another try. Current Health Dept score is a “B” (as of 9/7). Went on Sunday at about 7pm and it was pretty busy, so waited about 20 minutes for a table. Waitress promptly took our order and food came out very quickly. Food temperature was perfect and everything was fresh and tasted good. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a definite improvement from our last visit. (Pic was about an hour after we got there, and after the dinner crowd had thinned out)

Food great! Atmosphere great! Waitress great! Host that sits you…..awful. Not welcoming coming in and she looked bothered to seat us at seperate tables since there were 4 of us but my son and his girlfriend wanted to sit at seperate table. The manager was amazing and comped us 2 appetizers. We will be back! Food was awesome.

Whatever Chili’s is doing in their salad department lately is definitely working. I went last night and got one, along with a few other things, but the salad is what stood up the most to me! It was presented perfectly, all of my substitutions were handled without a hassel, etc. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a order put in 3 hours in advance.
Arrived early and waited for my text like I was prompted via email. After waiting 5 mins past my pick up time. I went inside and my food was sitting there. Checked it when I got in the car food was cold. But not having time to wait or complain due to family needing to get on the road after a Holiday visit. The only positive is the kitchen had the 100% correct.

Sorry I’m known for no 5’s. NO ONE is perfect, well maybe one fellow for sure that lived a bit over two thousands years ago. Never the less if I could up my ante’ on GOOGLE to say 4.987 I would. I get take out (my son brings it home) or delivery, no atmosphere to speak of. SOOOO yeah

My experience was not that great. Tried this location for the first time this evening. We were seated right away, and our drink and food order was taken promptly. However, when the food finally came out, it seemed like it had been ready and sitting for a while (it was over an hour after ordering) and someone else brought it to the table. We weren’t offered refills until it was time to leave and our kiosk machine had a second tab that was not ours.
