Our order are Bacon Burger with I forget the name, I think chicken tender with Mac n Cheese and fries. I also requested grill jalapeño. Overall is good. waiting little bit longer to get the food. Just make sure coming here with not too hungry.

We haven’t been here in a long while. Went on a lunch date with my son. We got the 3 for Me. Both got the Smash Burger w/ fries. I had their chicken tortilla soup and my son got the chips and salsa. Soup was good, but better with the massive chips with the salsa. So used it as a dip bc it was so cheesy! Service was good and the manager came by to check on us which was a plus. Burgers were decent for the price. We should’ve gotten the Triple Dipper. Maybe next time.

My first visit to this Chili’s Grill & Bar location was a mixed experience. While I’ve been to other Chili’s before, this one had some issues. The food was decent and affordable, and the burger and pasta were delicious. However, the service was lacking; it took about 25 minutes to place our order after receiving our waters. We also had trouble with one of my gift cards, which couldn’t be used.

This Chili’s is far from the mark when it comes to professionalism and customer service. I went up there tonight for a To go order I spent more than $72 on. When I finally got home, the sides for two of my $16 crisper combos were not in the bag. I usually check at any restaurant when I take the food to go, but I did not tonight. I called up there to let the young lady know. She was very nonchalant and referred me to her manager “Nate” who was conveniently not available. She then says they did a double check of the food, insinuating that I have to lie about some $3 sides. Obviously the team skipped a step and now it’s left on the customer who spent their hard earned money on what they thought would be a great meal after work.
This is a mess. Customers deserve to get the items they pay for.

First I would like to say I have been to this particular location many times in the last 5 years and it has been amazing until chilis changed their menu and such late last year. We started having the worst service and the worst quality in food. We’ve given them multiple chances (in person and through to go) but last night will be the last time we order or go to this location.
We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches through uber eats(one grilled and one crispy), mine was crispy not grilled as well as it was missing basically all the toppings it was supposed to have and the chicken was falling apart to the point I could not eat it. Also for some reason they decided to add mustard to it which isn’t even on the menu to add. My fiancé’s crispy chicken was so tough and tasted burned, it’s like they hadn’t changed the fry oil. His also was missing all of the toppings it would come with. So overall we were left with inedible food and when I tried to reach out to a manager I was left on hold then eventually the call disconnected. I don’t even care about getting the money back that we spent because there would be no point hassling as it was through uber eats.
I would just like the manager and whoever is overseeing this location to know what their staff is allowing out of the kitchen as well as the service they are providing. We have loved this location for many years and we hope it will get better but until then we will be going elsewhere and saving our money and effort.

How is it possible to ask for medium rare and get hit with the driest well done steak possible? Server also wasn’t attentive so I couldn’t get a soda refill and I had to get up and ask the hostess for a to go box.

It was my first time at a Chilli’s, and I will certainly go again. Decent food at a decent price. This location had great service! Large menu with plenty of drink options. I got the cajun chicken pasta. It was okay, but options from my other guests seemed better. Be sure to try the blue raspberry tea if your a fan of flavored teas.
