The quesadillas weren’t bad, fries and steak were delightful, chips and salsa were also very good. I filled myself up on those. Our waitress, Crystal, was very nice and let us move seats because we didn’t like were we were sitting overall great experience.

We were greeted at the door by a customer leaving the restaurant. He held the door for us and told us how great the food was. He also said he ate so much & was sure that we would enjoy our food. The service was great, the food was excellent cooked just as ordered. My only complaint was that the kids’ meal only had 2 chicken fingers. Granddaughter & I couldn’t eat our big mouth double stack burger. However, leftovers were just as good.

We were a group of six. The food and service were great. We didn’t have to wait for a table. However, we were seated next to an area where there was a leak coming down from the ceiling. It wasn’t a crowded restaurant at the time. Other than that it was a very nice experience.

Great dinner with 7 of us. The food tasted great, and there was plenty of it. Fast service and the price was quite reasonable. The chips we got were also crisply and fresh. Server was friendly and attentive. Would certainly think about going back to this location.

Was up in Myrtle Beach for over the weekend for work and wow was this the best chili’s experience I’ve had in south Carolina. I’m from the Charleston area and can say our two chili’s around us are absolute trash in comparison. The staff there was extremely attentive and always very punctual when it came to filling drinks or asking if we needed anything. Food came out extremely fast and was well cooked. At the north Charleston and Summerville location it’s always a dice game whether or not the food will even be fully cooked and even more rare for it not to take half an hour to an hour for the food to come out to begin with. So compared to my horrible experiences with this chain in the past I was very pleasantly surprised to have such outstanding service and very happy I took the chance with this restaurant chain in a new area .

We always do take out, but the folks handling carry out are always nice. The southwestern egg rolls, crispy chicken and burger bites are fabulous when you are vacationing and not stressing over calories!

Three people,3 meals ordered. 40 minutes of waiting while other customers came and went. Finally, 2 meals arrived and the third was the completely wrong meal. Of the meals that came, one was terribly overcooked. Third meal was cancelled. We have never had such poor service. Floors had food all over them. Waitress mumbles quietly. We had to ask her to repeat everything.

I’ve been to this Chili’s plenty of times before and this was by far one of the worst times I have encountered. The host was a lil incompetent and thought my toddler didn’t need a kids menu, wasn’t a big thing I grabbed one myself. My main issue came with the server, if your going to take orders without writing them down, be confident that you are going to get it right. She messed up both of our orders, the other woman who brought out the food corrected the kids order swifty, but I hadn’t even checked mine yet. It was a simple order all I wanted was no Pico on my bowl, I would have scooped it off bit in order to do that I would have had to take all the toppings off which is pointless. Not once did she come ask how the food was, she continued serving her other tables. When she finally did come speak to me again ahead asked if I wanted a box, as ahead noticed I hadn’t touched the food. I told her I did not want it and she proceeded to bring me boxes, so I had to tell her again that I didn’t want it. Then she asked me if I wanted a new one. I don’t know how long she has been serving or if she just didn’t care but, as a server myself I would recommend she take the time to practice customer service a little more.
