This is my first time ever going to chilli’s and they did not disappoint!! First off our server, Daphne was very attentive, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Welcomed us in with a warm smile and took our order. We may have waited 15-30 minutes for our food. During the duration of our wait she refilled our drinks and constantly checked on us. The food was immaculate (compliments to the chef/cooks). The ribs were some of the best ribs ive ever had. The tenderism was immaculate. Theres not enough words to describe this experience to the fullest. At the end she bagged up our food, brought out our to go cups with the sweetest messages on them. Thank you Daphne and the rest of the chilli’s staff for making my first experience so enjoyable! I will be returning to this location.

Worst Chilis I have ever visited. Was appx 15 minutes before a server acknowledged our presence. Then another hour passed before we saw our food. Parts of the meal were cold while the fries were scalding hot. The waiter never came back to check on us and we were never offered a drink refill until we were ready to leave. The check we were given was someone else. Spending and hour and a half in Chilis for a two person lunch is unacceptable.

Stopped in after work for happy hour. As a female by myself sitting at the bar I felt comfortable and welcomed by the bartender. I got an El Presidente margarita and some of their renewed cheese dip with salsa and cheese. The skillet queso they used to have is much better. This is not a reflection of this location restaurant at this location but more directed toward corporate. The new queso is okay but closer to heated jar queso. The chips were hot as always and good and the salsa was good. The bartender made my drink perfect and poured it for me into my glass and was kind and friendly the entire visit. Would recommend this location.

I’ve been here for the last 5 days and tonight, my family and I said “We’re going to chillis” SUCH A GREAT IDEA. Our serve Cole was the best. Very patient, busy, and courteous. The place was extremely busy as usual and our food took awhile to come (the party was sitting across from us so we knew). The manager came out Mike just to let us know what was going on. That made everything alright. The service was just amazing, food drinks and all!!!

Unless you expect things prepared as you asked, everything is great! I asked for medium rare burger patties on my double bacon cheeseburger and got “congrajulashuns”. The burger was good, anyway, and the bacon was just right for a burger. I think it may be that I went not long after the lunch rush was over and got left over burger patties… I’ll try one more time when they’re busier

First time coming here with my father and we haven’t been to Chili’s in over a decade. The atmosphere is way way different which isn’t a bad thing. It’s more of a fast food style restaurant now. The food comes out quick. We had the south west egg rolls as an appetizer and it was really good for being (frozen) my father enjoyed his burger but my explosion salad was honestly the worst salad I’ve ever had. It was not worth 15 dollars honestly but other then that we had a good time. Our server was nice.

Look I get it I was on vacation and I went to Chili’s I know people love to spend tons of money on seafood buffets Etc but sometimes it’s good to know a place that’s good and eat there and know that it’s going to be decently priced. We had the honey chipotle chicken strips and it was wonderful. And their new macaroni is very good. Being September it was nice and quiet in there and we had a great experience with our waitress. Right now they have a special Monday nights you get a discount off of fajitas and Tuesdays you can get a burger and fries for $7.99 which is a great price for a meal at the beach

Recently, we had lunch at Chili’s. As a rewards member, we enjoyed chips and salsa as a reward. For lunch, my friend had fajitas and I had the Big Smasher. The strawberry lemonade was the bestI The food was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. We had the best waiter. CJ was our waiter and he was friendly and went out of his way to make sure that we were provided all we needed. He was quite attentive to us during our entire dining experience. He has to be the best waiter that I have encountered in a long time. I don’t mind tipping good servers. Tipping should reflect the service given. Servers should not expect an automatic percentage in tipping if they do not deserve it, nor should the payment devices on the table begin the starting tipping at 18%.

Marcella was a wonderful waitress. Extremely knowledgeable of the menu. The drinks and food were great.
I would definitely recommend her as a server anytime or anywhere.

I can’t say mch about this place that probably don’t already know. Its a typical chili’s restaurant. Most have already been there. I will say that their new three for me is a good value and the QP burger is very good. I enjoyed my dinner right up to the end when I waited a long time for my check. When the waitress finally brought the check she slammed the check on my table and said you can pay on the computer on the table. I tried to catch her before she got away because I wanted to pay cash but she kept going. So I did try to use my card at the kioski on the table but it did not work. I pressed the call server button but it still took a long time for her to return. When she did return I gave her cash but it took much longer than it should have to return with my change. This did factor into the amount of tip I left for her. What started out as a very positive experience ended negatively. Such a shame.
