Food and drinks were good. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a chili’s. Selection and menu were better than I remember. When we first sat down the staff was super attentive. Then a party of 10 was supposed to show and a party of 18 at the same time and staff got very occupied with that. We didn’t see them for a solid 20 minutes. The group of 10 canceled, and then an hour later, the 18 still all weren’t there. I’m sure if it weren’t for that initial panic, Service would have been perfect as well.

Chili’s is a chain restaurant so I don’t expect a ton when we go. That said, I typically like the food, and the atmosphere is usually decent. I was a little disappointed with the service at this particular Chili’s. We went on a Sunday and the restaurant was pretty slow. We were greeted by an unsmiling hostess and seated in the bar. The bartender was our waitress, and from the very beginning she looked like she didn’t want to be there. She took our drink and app order, but forgot to bring the apps when they were ready. We were long done with our apps by the time she came back to ask if we wanted to order dinner. When our food came it was wrong and had to be sent back . We had to go to the bar to get water refills, and never got checked on. We ended up paying the tab on the table side kiosk and leaving.

Ate there after a guest arrived at Airport! Food was great and was obviously carefully prepared! Waitress (Melissa) was on point providing excellent service! Very glad we dined there and will return! Tex-Mex very tasty!
