First and last time going. I ordered a sizzling fajita skillet with corn tortillas after seeing and hearing them get delivered. I wanted the sizzle.. After 20 minutes of waiting for food my sizzling fajita skillet came not sizzling but warm. The server told me they ran out of corn tortillas and asked if it was ok. I said no and he said welp enjoy and walked away. My food was a tad bit salty but flavorful.. lukewarm warm.My husband ordered the half rib and tenders meals, the pick two, with Mac n cheese and fries. The Mac was watery and salty the rib was dry and the tenders had been sitting waiting on someone to deliver them to us. The food was not that good. I don’t think we will ever be back. Our server was nice but barely present.

When ordering food for pickup it can be a hit or miss type of experience. Often you arrive and have to wait additional time, an item is left off of your order or the food is over or under cooked.
I am happy to report I encountered no such issues with my pickup order.
I was greeted promptly upon entering the restaurant. Even fellow patrons welcome me in.
The food was bagged and ready and the associates were cordial and hospitable.
Once I reached my destination the food was still warm, all the additional condiments were included and the extra cutlery as well
I highly recommend for pickup if you aren’t dining in.

Dude Robert took care of us at the bar. He was friendly, professional, respectful and straight up when we couldn’t get the game at the bar let us know what TV we could catch it on. Place was busy so all things considered the food came fast and was decent. Passing thru and its standard corporate chain service and standard fare but the staff made it seem better than average quality.

As a future soldier about to ship out my family chose this place for our last meal together. After waiting for a while we were never greeted by our server so I asked the hostess to get someone because I had to be back at my hotel at a specific time. When someone finally came you would think I did this man a personal wrong by the way he treated my family. Didn’t introduce him just said “yall ready” and when we put in our drinks as we waited on my dad to park he was upset that we weren’t ready to order food and told us that we weren’t even his table and that the hostess said we were ready to order. Which we were. Drinks. As a former craft cocktail bartender/ and server myself I believe you should never let what you’re personally going through affect the customer because you never know what others have going on. God bless that man. With that being said another server came to deliver our drinks and take our food order and she had great energy. I did forget my ID at my hotel and was asked to go grab it for the drink I had which I had no problem doing I know what that’s like and she was just doing her job. My point in saying that is that many people would try to catch an attitude at the inconvenience but honestly it’s not the workers fault and her and her managers delivery was kind unlike the male server who was having a bad day. Wish it would’ve been a better experience but the food was pretty good overall.

Went to dinner with my family. We had a large group (11 people). I called a few days before to give them a heads and they were able to accommodate us with no issues. The two waitress were attentive and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful evening. My food was good and everyone in my party seemed to enjoy their food as well. Definitely recommended.

Hi, My experience was okay the waitress Bella was awesome. It was the food for me I sent the first burger back, because it wasn’t made right the Big QP. It didn’t have the toppings the took it back to have it remade. She told me that it was going to be a wait so I said that was fine I just want it made correct. So I waited 20 extra minutes after waiting 40 minutes. I decided to take my food home because of the wait. I got home took a bite to find it raw all the way through. They said they would refund me for my meal. My thing is that I didn’t get to eat at all, at least I will be refunded for my food.

We sat in the section near the bar and were not waited on for drinks until 20 minutes later. The hostess stated that he could take our drink order but not our food order because he was not trained in that area. We obliged and moved forward with placing our drink order. We did not receive our drinks until about 15-20 minutes later. They were EXCELLENTLY prepared. We continued to sit watching as all the young waiters and waitresses huddled up, horseplaying and nose-deep into their phones. We summoned one over asking whether they were going to take our order. The craziest thing was, again, another stated they weren’t trained to take orders. So, a young lady from a different area came to take our order informing us that she didn’t work in that area but came over to assist. The food wasn’t as requested or expected. Finally, a manager came out apologetically and comp the food making all the time wasted a nonfactor at that point due to his hospitality. I haven’t eaten here in years and have no plans of returning.
