Of all the restaurants in Sumter, this is by far the only one that we will return to again and again and again and again. Julian, the general manager runs a tight ship and we always receive our food on time and properly prepared. Rarely have we ever encountered an issue, and if there was, it was very easily and quickly rectified highly recommend Chili’s of Sumter and we would definitely be coming back often.

We got our table pretty quick, though the table was sticky and grabbing my phone off of it was a little rough. The food was okay at the best my food was good but my fiancée’s was not, her burger was more burnt than burger so we sent it back and it wasn’t that much better. The fries were undercooked too, the server was nice though and he made sure we had our drinks and food and even took off the burger due to our unsatisfactory.

So, who hasn’t had Chili’s at some point, right? For me, it had been over five years, but we decided to stop by while in Sumter for the holidays. We went for the Triple Dipper with some sides, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint
For my trio, I chose the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers, Chicken Wings, and Southwestern Egg Rolls, paired with crispy fries, creamy mac and cheese, and corn on the cob
The Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers? They were perfectly spicy with just the right amount of crunch, and the heat was balanced by the juicy chicken. The Chicken Wings were classic—juicy and just the kind of comfort food you want. And those Southwestern Egg Rolls? That crispy shell with the flavorful blend of chicken, black beans, and corn was absolutely addictive
The sides held their own too. The fries were golden and crispy, the mac and cheese was luxuriously creamy and cheesy, and the corn on the cob brought a sweet, buttery finish to the meal
This visit reminded me why I used to love Chili’s. I might not wait another five years before going back, and based on tonight’s experience, I’d definitely recommend it!

It wasreallty good food. There is a lot going on in the restaurant so if you don’t have issues with noise you’ll enjoy. It’s not a quiet environment, which isn’t a problem if you aren’t looking for an intimiate setting.

Everything was on point. Server Becky was very busy and kept Everything under control with a friendly disposition and skilled timing. Manager on duty last night was amazing. I forgot to get his name but he was a tall thin man with long black braids. Friendly and observant hard working. He was doing everything to back up his staff. Thank you all so much. Managers are always walking table to table to ask how things are and if anything is needed they definitely work as a team to get everyone taken care of!
For me… THE RIBEYE here is always COOKED perfectly never dried out as weird as this might sound THEY COOK STEAKS better than most steakhouse restaurants in the whole Sumter , they make Outback look hella bad!
