Some friends and I went a few weeks ago and the food was good but did take some time to get to us. Our waitress explained that the kitchen was short staffed so we completely understood. She did her best to accommodate us with the wait time and was very personable. When our food did come out she used a tray which ended up with the manager getting fussy with her for setting the tray on the table beside us. Completely understand where the manager was coming from but her frustration should not have been shown in front of guests. We could tell it made our server embarrassed. There’s always a time and place for things and it’s not the first time we’ve seen the manager correct the servers in front of customers instead of behind closed doors. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s hard to watch a manager get frustrated with servers in front of guests.

I order the ultimate Cajun pasta to go. It’s my fault for not checking but my pasta had no Alfredo sauce. It’s weird eating pasta with just seasoning. All the other food was great. (Tenders, boneless wings, fried mozz)

I try to be very understanding of this Chili’s. I get that most of them are students but I’ve issues multiple times with them either not giving me a part of my order that should be included or skimping out on me when I make to go orders. A cup of salsa is supposed to be included when you order the skillet queso. Most of the workers here are apparently unaware of that, although I will say that when I came back to get my salsa the manager was very kind. I ordered two bowls of chili last night though and there was barely anything in the cup at all. I’m very disappointed and there is obviously a lot to be improved at this location.

Hours of operation are incorrect on Google. The host was rude when we asked if they were open. This restaurant closes at 8:30 not 11pm like is states on Google. Update your Hours of Operations.

So I went to this chilis because I’m visiting from out of town and it was the closest to me…. Let’s just say it was a giant mistake. First I had to send it back twice because a medium steak clearly meant medium well. There was absolutely no pink. The second one was more cooked than the first. I also got Mexican street corn… the toppings were only on one portion of the corn everything else had no flavor. On top of that I also ordered a Cajun CHICKEN pasta to go…. My pasta had no chicken yet that’s what I was charged for. I absolutely love chilis however this was the worst one I’ve been to. Like I’m completely disappointed in the food and just my overall visit. I will rather drive an he next time before I visit this location again

Ordered a to-go molten lava cake and when I opened the bag the cake was frozen solid and costed $10 for a diy dessert basically. Had to heat it up in microwave. Rediculous.

Ordered salad. When it arrived it looked very odd. They said “oh yeah, we are out of lettuce”. The oranges had white puffy stuff all over them. No knives… what!? We will eat at student dining hall going forward, as that food is at least edible.

Worst experience ever. Everything there is LOADED with salt. If you order alcoholic drinks expect to wait over 25 minutes per drink. Appetizers will come with your main entrees so don’t bother. I order a burger in which only comes one tempature medium well done, which was a red flag, telling me they are serving cheap frozen paties. All the food taste like school cafeteria food at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even surprised the college students enjoy this with so many other fantastic restaurants surrounding the sylva area. Use to love chillis restaurants but this one has truly ruined them for me. No 2 for 1 drinks, Horrible service, Horrible tasting food, and the place just seemed more of a social club for the workers than a place of work especially when it comes to their choice of language & attentiveness to their customers. Zero stars & Disappointment with the Chillis Chain for allowing this kinda of representation.
