We enjoyed our experience here! The service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and was delicious. We loved the mozzarella sticks. Had a great cheese pull! There was plenty of seating available and the place was clean. We’ll definitely come back!

We usually get the same waiter every visit. He is fantastic! He’s a guy with short brown hair and he’s slim, super fantastic guy! The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean. We love our Arden chilis!

Staff is absolutely AWESOME here! I often put in large orders for 10-20 people for my work and the staff make this process very easy. They take the time to put everyone’s name on the to-go boxes and label all the drinks so there is no confusion on what is what. The food is always great as well and there have never been any errors or missing items! All around great people and great food every time!

We entered the establishment and were immediately greeted by some fellow diners. The woman had a faint go tee but this is not important. We took our seats and little did we know, a sweet angel was about to reveal himself. Sawyer entered with pure elegance and grace, I’d say somewhere between Fergie and Jesus. His warm smile and smooth talking had us sold on the triple dipper and 3 for me. His service was prompt, professional, and honestly comforting. He would always say “thank you” even when we were being needy. I hope a good woman finds him and steals his heart before I reconsider my marriage. All jokes aside Sawyer is great, seems like he should be running the place!

Legit just lazy cooks. Terrible presentation. Everything was dry and cold. The fries were redrops. The drink was unsweetened tea instead of Arnold Palmer. Just an all around bad experience wont be going back. 20 dollars for a burger and they skimp me out and just slap ot together with old bacon. Threw it in the box fries covering the top bun. Didn’t even think there was one in there. But hey cook. If thats how you want to cook a burger I paid 20 dollaes for quit and go work at McDonald’s. You dont belong in a semi real restaurant.

Normally I come in and have a good experience. I usually ask for a fried chicken instead of grilled and offer to pay extra. This afternoon, our server got flustered, told us it’s not possible bc there’s no option for that and he doesn’t know how to substitute it. I told him I’ll pay for just the additional cost of chicken. One chicken strip would be “ around $11+” for one chicken strip

Our server was friendly, expedient and checked on us frequently. It’s definitely a large-party and family restaurant; lots of families with babies. No one complained about the service or food or length of time getting food out. A well-run establishment.

So tired of the “hit or miss” with the Arden, NC Chili’s. Last night was a total miss.
I ordered online and picked up. I got the santa fe crisper salad. It was weak. Menu pic looks like more chicken than just 2 pieces, which is what I got. And something was pretty spicy on it. Santa Fe sauce? I guess. They should warn people because it was really hard to eat.
I also ordered half order of Texas cheese fries and they were so hard, most were inedible.
Done with Chili’s.

STAY AWAY, my family and I went there for lunch on January 5,2026 and walked away with Salmonella or some other type of food poisoning. I ordered the chicken wings, asparagus and the mushrooms, one of those cleaned me out for two days, enough to where I am sore. The asparagus was not cooked properly and the tops were crunchy. The mushrooms tasted like they were right out of a can and the chicken wings were over cooked to where it was fried almost all the way through. The second thing was the food was way over priced for what we got. For three people, the bill was over $70.00 for crap. When my wife found a hair in her drink glass we should have gotten up then and left, it only got worse from there. Don’t go here unless you want to get sick, health department should be called on this place and maybe I will make that call. Save yourself, don’t eat at this Chili’s here in Fletcher.
