Order take out from here every now and then. Today the food was absolutely disgusting. I’ve had issues before with stuff not being right in my order but this draws the line for me. The Mac and cheese looked to be very old, the burger was still mooing. I understand being busy but serving someone this crap and charging that much is outrageous.

This trio was horrible nothing was hot barely luke warm and I gave a tip for my pick up order. Don’t ask for the time I wanna pick up if the food isn’t gonna he hot. I would give no stars but that’s the only way I could leave a review. The 2 mozzarella sticks are under the burgers.

We have dined at this facility a few times and today was by far the best experience we’ve had there. Our server/ waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Her name was Grasha. She is a prime example of what I think a waitress should be like. Very polite young lady and also very prompt with anything we needed. She was on top of service to us at all times, keeping us supplied with food, drinks, and condiments including napkins, before even asking. I hope we have the pleasure of having her for our server at our next visit. I am not sure if you guys recognize outstanding employees or not, if you do, then I would highly recommend that she be recognized, and if you don’t, then may I suggest that you start. It will surely boost morale of all employees if they know they will be recognized for doing an outstanding job. Thank you and please be sure to tell Grasha that her new friends from Pennsylvania that we really appreciate the job she done.

I ordered a trio, appetizer cheese, sticks, chicken, wings, and sliders. They text me that my food would be ready at 12:11. They text me to come and pick up my food at 12:58 by the time I came and picked up my food and got back to my house, which is just right up the road. My food was ice cold I work hard for my money so when I eat out, I expect my food to be hot not cold I talk to two managers. The first one said let me see what I can do and then the other one came out and was trying to talk to me about the time that I picked up the food. It’s the time you sent me the text Telling me the food is ready I won’t be coming back

Had a great meal.. our service was amazing. Husband got the sirloin steak and mashed potatoes. Came out cooked perfect and was delicious he said. I got the four slider burgers which were a little overcooked and plain with a side of the potato soup I wish I would have gotten a bowl instead of a cup .. our son got an order of motz sticks (we called the motz bricks). They were so good and HUGE!! All in all had a pretty good meal and would be back to try something different.. must try the peach lemonade ☺️

I had lunch there today and went in feeling totally defeated.
The kindness and level of service that was shown too me is worth 20 stars.
Ashley was my helper. Could not ask for better service. OUTSTANDING by any standard.
Kenny was the front end Manager. Very kind and gracious man. Very professional. Was on the floor helping his staff and checking on patrons. Even serving drinks at the table. Truly leading by example.
I left feeling much better because they cared and treated me like a human being and not just a number in a booth.
Thank you Ashley and Kenny.
You made an old mans day.
I returned with my wife today. We had another wonderful helper Altaiva. She also deserves 20 stars.
Could not have asked for better service with a personal touch.

I was at table 4 yesterday, ordered the Honey Chipotle wings and they were good, but the waitress I got was very inattentive and smelled like cigarettes which threw off my appetite. No excuses for being inattentive either since there were only 6 tables full (mine included).
