Team here is decent But unfortunately the food is often subpar and they often are out of atleast 2 things. We went a few days ago, things were good. Not out of anything and food seemed freshly made. Out of the normal. So we went back today just to be informed upon entering they were out of 3 or 4 items, mostly sides and wings. Ok, we can work with it. But it is disappointing when they showed they can exceed the prior expectations. I used to go there so often that they knew my name. I go here once a month if even that because of the expectations they have set for the customer experience and the standards for product management and preparation. I think the leadership is aware by this point but if your new to the area, you should be too. 3 stars could easily be 5 is they raise their expectations of themselves and take pride in what they do. One thing I know is this is supposed to have more in here. This is very upsetting. Me and my man love to come here and get the pasta but tonight I wanted to drive that 25 minutes to get my money back. What is this Chili’s this is not right. The lady that was in the to go room with the braids (don’t wanna misspelled her name) she was lovely I asked questions and she was there to help. Other than her and how great her customer service is I’m highly disappointed!

A group of friends decided to have a friendly get together and watch the NFL Playoffs and just have a good time. Well what is football without wings? So, I ordered the largest party platter of wings from the Southern Pines Chilis. To make sure they had plenty of time to prepare the order, I placed it at around 9:30AM for a pick up time of 2:30PM. I received the email and text confirmations from Chilis thanking me for my order and letting me know that they would send me a follow up message when the order was ready. At around 2:35PM I had not yet received anything that my order was ready and we were on our way to pick the order up. Called the restaurant and the female on the phone was very rude like she was being bothered from the start. I informed her of my order and she stated that she did not have it. I told her about the email and text confirmations and she stated that she does not send those out and she does not have my order and suggested that I had placed it at another Chilis. I gave her the address and she told me to hold on. Still very unfriendly. I am guessing the next person to answer was a Manager. He asked did I order Bone In wings of which I answered yes. He then stated that the company had a total nationwide recall of them and they did not have any. I asked why wouldn’t they inform me about this once I paid and submitted my order of which he had no answer. Very unprofessional and unfriendly service. I get orders of Party Platters from here often or at least I use to get them. Not anymore. Then I received an email after all of this trying to say they did not receive my order and there was a technical issue. That is a terrible way to run a business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place because they don’t seem like they care about their customers.

Absolutely terrible experience at Chili’s in Southern Pines, and unfortunately, it was even worse than the first time we visited. Today, we walked into a fairly busy restaurant, but there were numerous employees gathered behind the bar near our seating area. Instead of assisting customers, they seemed more interested in keeping themselves occupied to avoid any customer interaction.
We sat there for over 10 minutes, and not a single person acknowledged us. Not even a “hello.” The staff, including the manager, were within arm’s length, blatantly ignoring us. When we inquired about speaking to the manager, we were told it was the same person who had been ignoring us the entire time. This, of course, made voicing our concerns pointless since the manager himself was the root of the problem.
It’s clear customer service is not a priority at this location. If you’re looking for a better dining experience, I strongly urge you to explore other options in the area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with superior service and staff who actually care about their patrons. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was actually mine and some of my family’s first time here it was a very cool experience. they’re open late, great vibes, pretty fun Playlist. The food hand down off the chain amazing. The staff very welcoming, Friendly. We laughed. There’s great communication with reasonable prices. First time yet it will not be the last. I recommend them 10/10 we will be back here definitely.

This is probably the best Chili’s I have been to service and food quality wise, and I’ve been to Chili’s all across the country, from NC to California.
We were promptly greeted, seated and got our drink orders taken. Chloe was our waitress and she was attentive without being overbearing. She also very patiently explained how to use our Chili rewards on the little screen thing and she was overall a fantastic server.
The food was sooooo soooo good. I got the triple dipper because I like the variety of options I can choose.
I also got the Capt’s Castaway drink it was phenomenal…not too strong and not too “watered down”.
Definitely recommend this location.

Building: The building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean.
Food: Same great Chili’s meals!
Drinks: ice cold and easily to need refills.
Parking: plenty of parking.
Star rating: 5 because of the price and the staff.
I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.
