Wonderful experience at this location. Our waitress was super attentive with refilling out drinks and checking on our table. We stopped in to try the viral triple dipper and the cheese sticks did not disappoint.

Sooooo, It’s been years since I’ve stepped foot into the wild world of Chili’s… I don’t frequent alot of corporate chain “sit down” eateries, as i prefer to spend my money at the locally owned “mom & pop” establishments. I came here on a whim, and it was a busy Friday night. The menu is a mix of southwest Tex-Mex cuisine and American classics. The Triple Dipper “pick three” deal and drink specials are a pretty good bargain. The vibe is kinda upbeat, beer was ice cold, and the waitress was friendly. The place was clean. Honestly, if you want safe, and zero surprises, this might be your spot. I had a gift card, but I’m not certain I would come here and pay full menu price. It was a good dining experience, but better restaurants in Mooresville. That’s just my two cents. YMMV.

Gavin was an absolutely amazing server! He was incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely made the whole experience better from start to finish. He checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a friendly, welcoming attitude. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service, and it shows in every interaction. Because of Gavin, our visit was not only smooth but really enjoyable. Outstanding service all around! He is definitely the one we will ask for every time!!

DO NOT order takeout from this location.
I’m extremely upset and disappointed. I ordered the Rancher Burger to go, and while eating, I noticed something was off—the meat was mushy and strange. When I looked closer, I realized the burger was completely undercooked and still red inside. This is unacceptable and honestly has me worried about getting sick.
There is no excuse for serving undercooked beef, especially when it’s meant to be well-done or at least safe to eat. I trusted this restaurant to handle food properly, and that trust is gone. I won’t be returning, and I hope the staff takes this as a serious wake-up call to check their quality control, especially for takeout orders.
This could’ve ended a lot worse—and that’s not a risk anyone should have to take with their food.

Food was once again undercooked. Haven’t been to a Chili’s since February when I got 2 orders from the one on tyvola and both burgers were undercooked as just happened last night at the one here in Mooresville. I don’t understand. How hard can it be to get a hamburger patty completely done? Apparently impossible at any Chili’s.

We got the drink, app, main combo with the cheeseburger. I got the chips and salsa which was good but the chips were way too salty as were my fries that came with the burger. The strawberry lemonade and cheeseburger was delicious.

Server Brooke in the bar area was fabulous. She is on the ball by providing top notch service. She knows the menu and caters to the customer. We were impressed and will be back for delicious food and great care. Kudos to Brooke!

Brooke was our server, and the only server in the whole restaurant, but honey we still had great service. I ordered drinks from the bar, they were fantastic. Our food was amazing, we kept saying how good everything was to each other. Also why’s their tea so good?
