The Man and I have been getting take out from there lately. The Triple Dippers has been our fave because it tastes great reheated. Since its Mommy’s Day and most everywhere was packed, we headed to Franklin. Our first choice had a sour fish smell wafting from the doors which was a total turn off. Chili’s still had parking so we pulled in there.

It’s been a very long time since we have ate at Chili’s due to poor service and overall attitudes and demeanorof the staff. My coworkers and I decided to give it another try. We quickly realized that was a mistake. We ordered to go, and ordered their famous “crispers” only to receive something that was rubbery and fried very hard. The chicken was extremely dry and cold. We work 5 minutes away so temp drop from delivery was not the option. I called to speak with the store manager, who answered the phone, and made her aware of the situation and she was in no way sincere. She stated “yeah sorry bout that, those changed a few months back”. No explanation or comment towards the temperature. This location is fastely working its way to a closure…very sad.

April was the best server! She was very attentive and catered to my family with 3 children even splitting up our food for convenience and ease. I highly recommend her. You should request April as your server at Chilis because she is amazing!

The appetizers were good. My wife’s drink was good (coconut margarita) however my drink ( long island ice tea) was not good at all. Our food came out we both got pasta dishes and both of them were cold. The pasta was cold and the meat was cold. The only thing hot was the bottom of the plate. The TVs were old and you couldn’t even have the channel changed. It was dusty and needed a good cleaning.

Honestly, first time trying Chili’s and will be my last. I ordered a steak and it somehow was raw, burnt and cold all in one. The waitress was extremely rude and argued with us about whether or not they gave us Coke Zero or regular Coke, while there was a diabetic at our table not caring that it could be life threatening to my friend. Only was she nice at the end of our experience, when we were going to pay and tip. Luckily my friends are good people despite her disgusting attitude.

Enjoyed this place. The atmosphere was pleasant and the TVs show most of the college football games. Taylor was my bartender and server. She was attentive. The drinks were right on!! I had tequila sunrise.

This location needs to be gutted and rebuilt from the ground up. Have never been in a national chain restaurant in such poor condition. You don’t need to look far to find filth evidenced by the return air vent covered in an inch of dust/dirt found in the rear of one of the dining rooms. Sticky surfaces and wobbly tables abound. A disgrace. The signature chips and salsa were stale during two visits over the last year. Where is Corporate quality control?

First time at this location and more than likely, last! My partner and I came in , was just sitting at the table, no one came by after we just sat there…. still sitting…. probably went through the whole menu, no drinks or anything until we were finally getting up to leave and a guy waiter walked by and said “are you guys leaving” and “sorry” we went to Bubbas for the first time and had a phenomenal time. I can understand being understaffed but atleast come by and acknowledge the guests, something to let us know you give a damn.

Haven’t been since right after Covid b/c the service was terrible but decided to try Chili’s again recently. We went for lunch on Aug. 16, 2023. The food was excellent but more importantly, the service was excellent. So glad things are back to normal there.
