Stopped in for lunch while driving through the area, I was very thankful that it was near the mall but far enough away to make it the perfect stop. Staff was attentive and our food was delicious. The place had a good vibe. music was on, but it wasn’t so loud as to interrupt conversations.

Cheese fries weren’t that great but they corrected the issue. The service was amazing. Especially our server Isaac? I don’t remember what his name was, but he was very sweet, great with checking on us and making sure things were good. The manager was nice and helpful as well. Thank you guys.

I walked in and the girl with the red hair said she’s didn’t want to serve me and my four children to her co worker clearly made it heard so my kids were upset had to wait 40 minutes when I called her prior said there’s no wait then hung up on me.. The workers did tell me her name because I was going to report her but shes being super rude to us but very nice with the guys at the bar for her tip money. Awful fake experience. She’s awful. She talked to her coworkers like a dog if it was me she would never get a chance to speak to me like she did to that one gentleman. and I probably just seen her read my review with her manager by the door or he could be talking some sense to her. so I bet you she will reply back to this. If they got some sense they should know better. So I did tell her I had a problem with how she was talking to her coworkers and anyone who didn’t want the bar section. And she tried to lie and then the manager said he’d talk to her I didn’t want to order food from this place because of her. Then she laughs when I walk out I’d like to see you try laughing in my face girl. And my husband bought a sandwich the most expensive one that said it was supposed to be big the bread was huge it was a size of just a chicken tender this Chili’s SUCKS

To start the hostess (skinny black girl with blonde hair)! she should 100% be fired!! I’ve seen MUTIPLE bad reviews about her and let me tell you it’s true. She is SO rude! We have two small kiddos. So we called on the way to ask the wait time. She we were told 10-15. Ok that’s fine. We get there check in & she said 30-45! I explained that I had just called not even 5 mins ago to get the wait time, and just asked what changed. She said “I don’t know who you talked to, but I’m in charge of this, so you can wait or not, that’s all I know to tell you”. She was just so unprofessional about it, when I was just inquiring about the change in the short period of time! I would have been happy with I’m sorry we had a couple big parties or whatever come in before you got here. I get things happen to change that wait but the unprofessional party just kills me! I hope this is taken care of before we return!
But our food was good!! I got the triple dipper with honey chipotle chicken crispers, big mouth bites, and southwest eggrolls! My husband got the three for me combo and I feel like that’s a very good deal. We got macaroni and applesauce for both of our kiddos and they enjoyed it also. They were out of kids pizza so they was kind of a bummer!
CASEY our server Was 10/10! We will be back just to see Casey! She was so sweet and attentive – I will always be sure to call to see if she’s working!!

I’ve been to Chili’s many times and to many different locations. Normally I see a consistency in the food quality, service and cleanliness.
I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with this location. Mostly with the quality of the food. We ordered the dip trio with chips and the queso was not what it’s supposed to be. It was curdled and very salty. I’ve had these at other locations and it should be creamy. The chips they brought with the dips i guess was what was left at the bottom cause they were all broken up. The second batch was all greasy and lacking crunchyness.
I ordered the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken and the sauce was almost solid and the spices they sprinkle on top was a lot. More like a coating or layer of spices. The other dishes on the table were ok.
At least the service was good. Our server lady was attentive and very friendly.
I know, I should’ve said something and sent them back, but I was very hungry and didn’t want to wait any longer as they had already taken longer than expected to bring the food.
I’m willing to give it a second chance if I’m in the area.

Yesterday (02-08-2026), I took my son out on an early Valentine’s date. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and our server was phenomenal. When it came time to pay, she surprised us by covering our entire ticket. I believe her name was Kaycee.
This was such a beautiful and unexpected act of kindness, and we are incredibly grateful. This was only my second time visiting this Chili’s location, and both experiences have been wonderful.

Me and my husband stoped in after a long day of appointments and we sat at the bar. Our server Rosie was super attentive and really sweet! She had such high energy and took her time to actually ask us how our day was… half the time we go out to eat its more like “ just order taking & rush “ then actually getting to know a person. Food was hot and came out quick! We will definitely be back 🙂

Tonight for dinner I orderd chicken tenders. and i had gotten a side of mac and cheese as one of my sides, and there was maybe a tablespoon of mac and cheese, it was absurd!! it looked bluntly done on purpose, but despite the spiteful mac and cheese the wait time was absolutely ridiculous for someone who ordered online. I walked in and saw my food sitting on the counter , and it took them forever to just hand it to me, all in all this experience was really upsetting knowing that the experience i usually have her is excellent, this is something that needs to be worked on. we need to be more considerate that people pay a extravagant amount for food these days and the customer service skilled that come with it are just completely mediocre and inattentive. plz do better.

We love chilis and eat here regularly. Our server April makes this place worth going to! She was amazing and takes such good care of us. She made sure our food came out exactly the way we like it. The food was hot and fresh! Even our chips come out warm! My daughter noticed not only did April take great care of us but she also is so personable with all of her tables! My daughter watched her take her own bracelet off her wrist and give it to a little girl because she liked it! She is the definition of hospitality! We will continue coming to Chili’s just to experience this kind of service and personalized service! It doesn’t hurt that the food is excellent too!
