Chili’s in Forest City deserves five stars for its clean, inviting atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and consistently excellent food. The server was attentive, pleasant, and made the whole dining experience a real pleasure. The restaurant itself is well maintained, and staff members go out of their way to ensure diners feel welcome and comfortable.
The giant smasher burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The chicken crispers are also a standout—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and served hot. Each dish was delivered quickly and tasted fresh!

Went here since there isn’t much open After 8 pm and all of those places were full. Thought I’d give it a 2nd shot at this location after last time was no good. Went to the bar, was greeted and my drink order taken, then I was given a menu. When I opened the menu someone’s previously used sticky drink straw came rolling out. When my water came out of the back (Odd I thought because I was already at the bar?) The mug was sticky on the outside and not clean….I politely finished my other beverage, paid and left without ordering food as why would I even bother ordering at that point. This place is gross and definitely needs oversight. Shame as its the closest place to the hotel I consistently stay at. I should have just waited at the other place. Ended up at Zaxbys insteadat it was great. .

Tonight we had the pleasure of having Lewis Hall as our server. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I don’t think we have ever had such a friendly, more attentive server at this establishment since it was built her and opened it’s doors. The food was absolutely on point and delicious. I don’t have anything but great things to say about the experience we had tonight. I witnessed our server Lewis Hall interacting with the other guests he was serving and they were getting the same friendly and attentive service that we were. I don’t think our experience would have been so outstanding without Lewis being our server. He was definitely able to get me into a better all around mood for sure. Thank you Lewis for the absolutely best service I have had in probably 20 years. Thank you to the kitchen staff for the best food I have had here in a long time, and I am a very critical person when it comes to my food and the cleanliness of an establishment when I am choosing to dine somewhere.

Placed a ToGo order, got there at time food was supposed to be ready, food still wasn’t ready. Watched employees play with hair, eat food, drink, and play around near food they were serving to customers. I finally got my order after waiting 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and half of it was cold, some was warm, and some was just right.

Ordered it to go. Didn’t realize how low quality the food was until we got home. A 1/4 wide ribbon of gristle right down the middle. Mashed potatoes were crusty and brown. Don’t get your order to go.

Was super busy I will say the chicken strips were super overcooked and my wife’s steak was not as requested. Medium rare was the order but it was not. Very loud but that’s okay and the cleanest was very great except for the mens bathroom.

My experience overall was just extremely disappointing.. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and get it very last. We had two people get seated behind us after we had been there for a couple of minutes, and they got their food well before us. I ordered quesadillas. My boyfriend ordered the rib combo and received his order before me. He got two half orders of Texas cheese fries, and when they arrived they were both extremely burnt. My quesadillas only had meat at the very tip, I wasn’t going to eat just tortillas.. they had barely any filling at all. My boyfriend’s chicken tenders were so cold. The only good thing that I can say is our waitress was kind, and new but still handled it well.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Ive had much better food at fast food restaurants lately.

Our server was great! Trinity was her name. I had the best burger & cheese fries I’ve ever had! The Cajun chicken pasta is also delicious. The chocolate cake w ice-cream was devine! The drink is the Pino Flamingo.

I absolutely will never go to this place again. I usually leave fairly good but fair reviews on places. I hadn’t been to Chili’s in a long while. I thought with their vast menu that it would be a good place to take the kids. We ordered our drinks and a queso. It came out fairly fast and I said we were ready to order our food. We were told they would tell our server. My son’s drink was flat and we wanted salt for the chips. We sat there for nearly 20 minutes and just ate the food anyways. My son was thirsty and just drank the flat drink. I got another servers attention and finally ordered. I should have walked out already. The food took a very long time and my sons came out with 2 chicken tenders on a plate that’s it. My side of Texas cheese fries had been under a warmer so long and dried that when you picked up a fry they all came. My steak looked like a good quality of meat but was overcooked and rubbery with no seer like it had been cooked in an oven. Then we sat there so long just wanting the bill that I almost obnoxiously just stood there to get the servers attention. It felt like I was trapped. I paid my $78 dollar bill didn’t wait for a receipt and left.

We are pretty frequent visitors at this location. The last 3 times we have gone the service has been very poor. The last 2 times the waitress didn’t enter our order on a handheld or on a ticket, and forgot our appetizer. Last night when we asked her to check on it, she just laughed and said she hadn’t put it in yet. She brought us chewy tortilla chips. Eeewwww. Our mains came out within 1 minute of the app. The manager came over because he could see we were frustrated. He said he would be happy to take the chips off of our check and comp them for us like that was some big favor. I told him they were already free because we are members and get a free chips and salsa each visit. He was very rude. The old manager was so much nicer and made sure things were done correctly.
