Usually a good spot to go, but only on weekends. The times we’ve gone during the week, service was even worse than tonight. We accepted a table by the bar. That was our first mistake. Even though everyone was wearing a sweatshirt, we froze the whole time. They sat four people, gave us three menus and at least 25 menu inserts. It was a minimum of 40 minutes from time of ordering to food showing up at the table. The only part of the food that was hot were the fries, everything else must have have been sitting around.
Even though we got appetizers, we had to ask for napkins and silverware after the entrees were delivered.. Well, I guess I should of said plastic wear, because what we got to eat with was plastic wrapped picnic, forkss and knives with little packets of salt and pepper. The fries were hot, but undercooked. I asked our server for real silverware and she said she thought they might be washing them. Luckily included with the plastic eating utensils was one notebook paper style napkin each. We asked… But…We never did get any other napkins. We were never asked if we wanted dessert. We were never asked if the food was okay. You don’t expect to use “to go” plastic ware
when paying that much money for a meal.

The food was excellent as well as the service. Walked in, was greeted right away and sat down within 10 seconds. Ordered the burger lunch special. Burger was great, fries were hot and the salad was fresh. Holly was an excellent server, go me everything out quickly. Even gave me double drinks every time I was out. Will come back again.

I don’t remember my waitresses name, but she was absolutely phenomenal! She was attentive and she was funny and it wasn’t just my table that was really liking her… It was every table she walked up to everybody would smile. I go here often, and this was the first time I got her, and I really hope to get her again in the future!

I’m in Wilson, North Carolina for a soccer tournament, and our team decided to stop by Chili’s. Easily one of the best decisions we made all weekend. We showed up with a huge group: players, parents, and coaches. Not every restaurant can handle that kind of crowd, but Chili’s absolutely delivered.
I have to give a special shoutout to Elliott, the host, who was nothing short of phenomenal. He greeted us with incredible professionalism and energy, organized seating for the entire team without hesitation, and treated everyone with genuine hospitality. Honestly, Elliott should be the town’s ambassador, that’s how impressive he was.
The service was exceptional across the board. Our food came out on time, everything was correct, and there were zero mistakes on the bills, which is almost unheard of with a group our size. The staff moved like a well-oiled machine.
Chili’s in Wilson made our whole group feel welcome and taken care of. Huge thanks to Elliott and the entire team! Highly recommend.

I want to say this first and foremost ! I’m highly disappointed. I was treating to my daughter to dinner as well as with a 9mo. I was sat and waited 10-15mins for my server to then seat another table and take their order within 5mins of being seated ! Took their orders before me and my kids even though we were their first ! ( didn’t make a scene ) Proceeded to finally get our drinks & appetizers ! Service wasn’t up to par but I am a fellow server so I know we get overwhelmed & side-tracked. Finally got our food , we ate & I was getting us ready to go! I paid cash *put it under the electron after I saw my total with the smallest bill on top* it could have been a simple mistake but I gave down to the exact dollar and me and my kids walked out !! Not taking the time to see or oook at her table she tells another co-worker allegedly that “ DIDNT PAY “ for my food ! Now how am I supposed to expect to get away with two kids and one in a car seat ? But her service started off bad and I was already ready to go ! Yelling it in the parking lot that “ she ain’t paid “ then proceeds to find the payment right where I said it was ! My servers name was CAMERON / Kameron ! 1/ 28/2026 @ approx 6:30-7ish . Like that’s embarrassing and I feel like I shouldn’t have even paid but GOD don’t play about me and I feel like for her to have me waiting and then take the table that came after us but then accuse me with two kids BY MYSELF at that ! IS CRAZY !

I have been coming to this Chilis for several years and realized I have never left a review. There are many great things to highlight, but also some not so good things to shed light on.
First things first, we have had the pleasure of being served by some fabulous servers. Dylan, Morgan, & Joanna stick out to me as it appears there are a lot of new faces in the building, and they are some of the few that have retained & provided us fabulous service. We have dined mostly with Dylan & Morgan, and each time they were on top of their game no matter how busy or hectic it was in the building.
The host Elliot is also amazing. He’s energetic, friendly, and provides us with menu hacks. He strives to ensure we are happy and comfortable. Not to mention does a great birthday celebration as well. Another friendly face that has stuck around.
When it comes to food, sometimes it is hit or miss I guess it depends on who is cooking. We have days where our food is cooked perfectly, and some days it’s not. We try to be gracious and understanding, but sometimes it can be just complete lack luster. Thankfully most of the time it is great.
As far as management, the general manager Ron Rodrigo is always super professional and relaxed. If there was a toss up going on behind the scenes, we would never know because of his great demeanor. Same for his other manager, Keith. There is a female manager with blonde hair (not sure her name) that is *okay*. Sometimes she has come off as uninterested and condescending. But overall not too bad. An apparent new possible manager however, although I am unaware of her role, is extremely rude. I believe her name is TeeKay, not sure how to spell it. She used to bartend and was served by her a few times. All the times she used to serve us she would be on her phone, or talking to other workers. In her new roles we have overheard how she talks to the other workers and it’s disturbing. If that’s how she treats her coworkers in front of the guests I can only imagine how she treats them behind the scenes.
All in all, this is one of the *better* places in Wilson, and we look forward to staying regular guests as long as the service and food can stay consistent.

I ordered a simple burger, and within two bites, the bottom bun was already falling apart. The wings were way overcooked—dry as the Sahara Desert. Really disappointed with the quality of the food.
