This was the first time doing a Togo order. GOT RAW CHICKEN AND RUDE MANGER!! I spent $60. And a $10. Cash Tip. I paid with my card. Was told I would get a text when food was ready and my receipt was supposed to be emailed to me. Well 40 minutes later still haven’t got a text or email for my order. I went back in and had 3 people telling me it’s not paid for. The manger came I pulled my bank information out on my phone to Prove I paid for my order and he still said well it’s marked NOT PAID!! He was very unprofessional still went to the computer checking for payment. Like my bank account was lying!!! Manger needs to be RETAINED!! The young man that checked me out came back up front. I looked at him and said please tell your manager I paid for my order and he did. After 10 minutes of providing my information of payment then the manager said sorry about that. When we got home our chicken was still raw!!!! Couldn’t even eat this. We live 30 minutes from this restaurant. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!! RAW CHICKEN AND RUDE MANGER !!!! MANGER JUST SAID SORRY . They won’t even Busy

Convenient location , excellent customer service the waitress was really polite, professional, and really handled very well the fact her section was busy.
Came back to this location, still really good customer service had a different burger and was really good and satisfying. Fries were really good, not too thick not too thin, well cooked and warm. I ordered my fries without salt(I added it when they brought it to the table)
Overall it was a good deal. Not too busy when I came in so no waiting time to be seated and they prepared the food in a timely manner. After a while more people started to come and still service was quick and good.

Around 11:30 am on a weekday day, was to many people. Maybe about 3 other couples.
Ordered and about 30ish minutes to 35 minutes later food came out. Saw people who came in after use get there food before us. All we got was sandwiches/burger. The French fries were little to salted for me but other then that delicious.
This chili’s is easier to get into then some and loads of parking

I went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and attentive, the area ( and restaurant) was clean and the atmosphere was nice.
Orders were taken and food was brought out in a reasonable timeframe. We both ordered the quesadilla explosion salad ( my friend’s favorite and I had to experience this) and they were crisp lettuce, fresh grilled chicken and a warm quesadilla on the edge of the plate. I thought it was good and not your typical salad.
Overall I enjoyed my visit to Chili’s in Wake Forest and I’ll go back.

Do not eat or order from this location they are terrible. Not only do they let your food sit, they don’t even do the bare minimum when it comes to presentation. The manager Adam needs to be retrained on what customer service actually is not sure how he’s even a management position when he can’t even manage to have his team prepare your food properly & he’s rude disrespectful and will hang up in your face.

we ordered takeout and for $16, the triple dipper is great. the mozzarella squares were delicious and glutinous (in a good way), chicken tenders were crispy and juicy and the glaze was good too (we got the honey chipotle), and the sliders were a lot better than i thought. patties had some pink to it which made it juicy.
the server at the to-go counter was super friendly. i would come to this location again and dine in to get the full experience.

So I was at chili’s for the Veterans Day meal. And in noticed that tip calculation was quite a bit off. My total before discounts or taxes came out to 16.48, meaning 4.12 should have been 25%, however the receipt showed the 25% was 4.46. Which isn’t a big deal for a single meal, however if you go there with a group of 6 or more and tip based off of chili’s numbers, you could be spending substantially more. Just wanted to give a FYI, great service at this location regardless.

My wife and I have eaten here for many years. On earlier visits we found many great specials like their 3 for $20 which provided an appetizer to share, an entree and a dessert. So a couple dined out for $40 + drinks. Those days are long gone. My baby back ribs were great and the sides were decent. My wife’s order of sirloin with a loaded baked potato was not so good. Steak was not medium and mashed potatoes arrived instead of loaded baked potato. Waitress was quick to correct it. Sadly, their idea of a loaded baked potato was ludicrous. Waitress brought out mashed potatoes in a small souflee bowl. On it were parse bacon bits and a few chives! That is NOT a loaded baked potato. Our appetizer came very late and wasn’t all that good. We were charged $13 for that so-so dish. Our total bill before the tip was over $57.00!! With tip it was over $65.00. And my wife drank water and I had a soda. That kind of price is normal for a superb restaurant like J.Alexanders but for a chain like Chili’s? No way. We are not coming back.

I do really like this location and most of the staff have been there a while and are great. Some new ones are ok but they try. Never crazy busy but food is always good. One issue with chilis now is I eat skillet queso, dry rub ribs, and corn on the cob. All three have been taken away now so, no more chilis.
