We stopped in for lunch on a Friday and got seated right away! Our server, Mackenzie, was wonderful and took good care of us!
I always get the Mexican Chicken Bowl and it never disappoints! The Bacon burger was delicious. Be sure to sign-up for their rewards and get your free chips and salsa!

Chose this location because I don’t like the location on Gate City. We have come to this location before and the service was great. My sister was not in the best mood today(and no that does not reflect our decision everything here is facts) and we just wanted to get something to eat. I don’t know our servers name because she didn’t even introduce herself. I don’t know if she’s new or not but you don’t keep badgering a customer about suggestions you’re making. Me and my sister both ordered Texas cheese fries and I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. The fries looked absolutely disgusting!! The bacon looked barely cooked, rubbery and pale. Just looking at it was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. I was told they’re using a new bacon but look at this and tell me if you would eat it…the pictures aren’t that clear and you can still see how trifling it looks. The audacity to think I’m eating that is crazy. I told the waiter to send it back and she proceeds to try and make suggestions to make what I want to replace it cheaper. This lady really asked me so you’re going to spend $13 instead of $10? Yes I am and whatever else I want to spend I’ll spend that too. You don’t question what I’m doing like I’m a child. I thought that was rude. I didn’t have a problem with it at first because she did that earlier and I actually took her suggestion but the second time after I already said no once now you’re doing too much. Then the quesdaillas that I originally ordered came out and they had the same look to them. I tried to eat them but wasn’t going to force myself especially since you can get sick from undercooked bacon. The waitress asks how is the food and I tell her it’s alright. She says it’s alright? And simply walks off. That’s the first and only time she checked on us. Never even asked us if we wanted a refill. We didn’t feel like playing duck duck goose with her because she just kept walking past us so I sent that back with another employee and my sister sent her fries back too. After asking for the manager she didn’t even say sorry for the experience or anything. She just asked about our bill and cut me off mid sentence. Seriously? So nobody cares around here at all? We did not feel like she took our concerns seriously. We did not address the waitress to her but I wanted to make this clear in my review. We didn’t even wanna be there anymore after that so we just paid and left. Terrible service both food and customer service and we will not come back here unless we absolutely have to or we’ve been kidnapped.

I have been here a couple of times. The food is good. The southwestern egg rolls are a must try. The bar drinks are really good. The fajitas are my favorite, and the black beans that come with it are very flavorful. Very friendly family atmosphere and wide open seating space.

My friends and I were very disappointed with our experience at this Chili’s tonight. First incident was at the bar, my friend and I did not like the drink we ordered, we requested to get another drink in place of the one we ordered, bartender told us the manager stated that all alcohol sales were final and we could not replace our drinks but offered to add to them to make them better which was nice of her but, I’ve never been to an establishment that would not replace my drinks that I was dissatisfied with. Next incident was after we were seated, I was 3/4 finished with my first drink and ordered my next drink from the waiter and the waiter tells me that I must finish my current drink before ordering another. First time I’ve ever heard that as well. Food was delicious I’ll give them that. Otherwise I’ve never been treated like that before at this location which saddens me, I used to love coming here!

I have not been to Chili’s in years. Honestly I think it’s been over 20 years since I last ate here. But my 2 girls wanted to try this place out for Mother’s Day and man was it a hit for our family’s night out. The food was yummy and the plates were a great size and very fulfilling. My husband even took a to-go box and that’s hardly ever. I enjoyed the new delicious mix drinks and we had a ball playing the table’s game device. Our server was nice and made sure we had all we needed before the food came out. Overall it was a great atmosphere. I’m so glad my kids chose this spot for us. We will definitely return sooner than later.

The first thing I look for, is the sanitation rating. This Chili’s location has a 99-A rating.
We were seated promptly. Nikki was our waitress. Nikki was attentive, kind, and patient with us.
I ordered the “Pick 3” and I picked the salad with ranch dressing for my appetizer, and the Old Timer burger well done for my entree with fries. Sweet tea for my beverage, and did an add-on for cheesecake for dessert. My salad was fresh, my burger was cooked exactly as I ordered it, and the sweet tea was just right The cheesecake was better than I expected.
My grandson ordered the “Pick 3”. He chose the chips with 3 different dips, chicken quesadilla for the entree, sweet tea for the drink, and he also did the add-on for cheesecake. He enjoyed everything he ordered!
I was pleasantly surprised with this visit to Chili’s, and look forward to going back, and getting the “Pick 3” again.

Y’all, Chili’s is not affordable anymore! lol Every appetizer and dessert was the price of a meal.
But the food served was very yummmmm. For some reason I was craving a triple diper and had to stop by during dinner. Of course it was perfection. Even my boyfriend’s meal was delicious, especially the mac and cheese. Really good quick chain restaurant food.
Our waiter Paige was a sweetheart! Great personality and gave us no trouble. Greeted soon as we walked through the doors as well.

My recent visit to Chili Server was a comedy of errors—if the errors hadn’t almost made us choke on our meal. The entire experience was marked by a bizarre level of incompetence and extreme inattention.
The ordering process was the first red flag. Our server started diligently typing our simple meal into the computer, only to suddenly stop and declare she needed to write it down instead. Fine, but she proceeded to jot down the order using a blindingly bright green highlighter—a writing tool so unreadable it perfectly mirrored her attention span.
We ordered simple appetizers (a salad and a baked potato soup), small portions that should require zero effort to remember. Yet, the chaos continued. My sister’s baked potato soup arrived last—after our main course—and it was both tangy and cold. How an appetizer gets served last, cold, and tasting vaguely sour is beyond comprehension.
The main burgers were merely “OK,” which was the peak of our positive experience. However, a serious word of warning: we both almost choked on our food. I highly recommend that if you choose to risk this place, you plan to eat and drink incredibly slowly to preserve your windpipe.
The final straw was the server herself. The initial laughter and good mood completely disappeared when I ran out of a drink, and I couldn’t get a refill because our server was constantly, consistently glued to her phone. It makes me genuinely question if she was ever typing our order at the beginning, or if she was just texting the entire time. To top off this miserable experience, my meal alone was $14.87. Inattentive, disorganized, and truly disappointing. Avoid this place entirely.
By the way, the server she was young tall African-American and she had a Lace front wig in with edgess. She also wore braces. I can’t. She didn’t even tell us her name. And you can very much tell she was young.

Ok, I was impressed by how delicious your signature sauce for the chicken was. I ordered the street corn and broccoli . I would love if you offered a veggie plate. Overall the service was amazing and the southwest eggs rolls were yummy . My first time but not my last.
