I ordered from here last night and ate mold ! I’m so disgusted! The manager gas lighting me when I called making statements like “we just ordered new buns and we only have been using fresh buns that came in today” when I know that’s not true because why does my bread have mold on it. White powdered substance on bread is mold. He even tried to lie and say they cook the rolls in flour. I then had to tell him no sir this is for certain mold. I believe he even pretended to give me a refund just to get me off of the phone

Went here with my young ladies for brunch. Staff was lively and friendly. Everything was great. I had the opportunity to treat myself to my favorite my drink the Presidente margarita. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and game they have playing.

The Cajun pasta was extremely over cooked to a point where the noodles tasted gummy. The ribs were slightly over done and kind of dry..I was expecting tenderness. The bbq sauce.they put on the ribs was actually pretty good. The honey chipotle tenders were also a win and a distraction from what was happening to all the other failed items. Service was great. Our server was very attentive and engaging. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, it wasn’t to busy nor packed and with that being the case the food should have been a lot better than what it was

Avoid this location if you at all cost!
Cleanliness and food safety is not a priority and when you tell management they don’t bat an eye or even respond. I was unfortunately served rancid/old broccoli. I called to let them know and the manager didn’t even bother to acknowledge it.

I visited this Chili’s yesterday and requested to be seated in a quieter area due to a medical condition. The restaurant was not busy, yet the hostess sat us right in the middle of large parties. I politely asked our waitress to move us to a more secluded spot, and she was very kind about it. But then the same hostess seated three separate large parties (all groups of 6) right around us—despite plenty of open tables elsewhere.
It felt intentional and incredibly inconsiderate. I asked to speak with the manager (an older white gentleman), and he gave a dry, dismissive apology with no concern for my medical needs. I ended up taking my food to go just to escape the environment.
I spent nearly $70 and left feeling disrespected, unheard, and unwelcome. Whether it was my medical condition or the color of my skin, I’m not sure—but I left feeling like neither were taken seriously.
I will never return and do not recommend this location.

We had an absolutely amazing lunch experience! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so attentive, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The service was outstanding. Our needs were anticipated without ever feeling rushed, and every interaction was warm and friendly. It’s clear the staff truly cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. Lunch was a delight from start to finish, and we left feeling happy and well taken care of. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend stopping by.

The take out area had more customers than their tables did. Drinks took forever, we have been sitting here for an hour without our entrees. Server was nice but that isn’t enough to make up for the wait time in an empty restaurant.

I usually love Chilis but this location needs some help!
First, we waited almost 20 minutes before our waitress showed up to get our drinks and orders and thats after she walked past us 2 or 3 times. Second, my husband ordered a steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. The steak came out medium like he asked in the middle ONLY but the edges of the steak were still extremely red and rare. The mashed potatoes came out cold like they sat.
Third, when we were done, we needed a box and to pay but the waitress took ages to come back to us but instead took the orders of the people who got seated behind us almost immediately.
Fourth, When we finally got her attention for a box we also informed her our gift card wasnt working on the tablet on the table. She tried the same thing we had just did, then said she would take it back and run it. We still had 4 more dollars to pay and when we went to try our debit card, it STILL wouldn’t run the card. (This seemed like a common issue among other tables). We finally got another waitress to get us the supervisor for us and she ran our debit card in the back for us. The supervisor was awesome and super nice about everything, we only saw our waitress 2 times total however.
Side note: There also seems to be some dysfunction going on. The back was constantly sounding like criticism and conflict. Even heard some cussing a few times which doesn’t make for a comfortable expirence since we were seated close to the kitchen.
I won’t be back to this location.

Im a doordash driver and I came in to pick up a couple orders and one of the females in the kitchen said ( from behind a wall i couldnt see where she was) “why do we always get dy,kes?” And her coworker replied disappointed “that’s our customer bro…” … I just pretended I couldnt hear her… bc I was already having a stressful day. Anyways I have short hair and appear androgynous I guess. No reason to act like that…
