The service was good for amount of customers during that time. Skylar was attentive and very helpful/patient. Every thing I asked for I got with such grace. The girls bathroom was disgusting. I let them one that in the survey at the end. The food was amazing. It was fresh. I ordered a bacon cheese burger w/fries and it was great.

I’ve had bad service/experiences with the managers.
But the servers are almost always a pleasure.
The food is hit or miss… Sometimes it is fire and the best thing I’ve eaten in months and then sometimes things are under/over cooked or come out cold.
It’s a gamble you take here.
They have delicious southwestern eggrolls, cheese fries and fried chicken sandwiches.
I used to love their secret sauce but they did away with it.
Also idk why they got rid of their chili, corn on the and that chicken soup with the hominy in it but they are taking all the good food away and raising the prices.
I hate that the triple dipper can’t be ordered with an individual order of cheese fries either.

This was the best Chili’s our family has been to in quite sometime. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Grayson executed her job with speed and personality. She was very attentive and responsive to our needs, and is a tremendous asset to your company.

We haven’t been to Chili’s in years! Went early on a Friday afternoon. Was seated immediately in the bar area. Had a beer while we waited for our order. My beau ordered a burger with fries and he said it was delicious! I ordered the triple dipper and would do so again. Loved the Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks and mini cheeseburgers!

Tonight, my 2nd visit and a COMPLETE opposite of last week!
I understand every business has an “off” night but a complete reversal cannot be accepted. The manager was great and tried to accommodate and I assured her I would be back
However, as a business owner myself, I cannot revisit. Such a disappointment on service and food.
My water glass remained empty until it was time for me to go. The veggie burger I ordered tonight, same as last week but without the bun, I received a plain patty, no toppings, a complete disregard for my order. I turned it back in reminding them that it was supposed to be the complete burger just without the bun. It arrived again with pickles, guacamole onions but NONE of the other toppings, ie: cheese, jalapeño’s, cilantro etc. SO SLOPPY! The bartender was more interested in the regulars and people she appeared to know. I eat out a lot since my time is extremely limited. I was excited to find a local restaurant that might be one of my dinner spots. It will not be.
I encourage this company to do a more thorough training of it’s staff
to honor ALL visitors, NOT just those you recognize.

My wife and I went to this Chilis location on 12/09/25. We ordered 2 of the 3 for me combos for lunch. These were the old timer cheeseburgers, fries with chips and salsa and sweet tea. The waiter did a great job with service and no problems there. After eating, I went to the restroom and left my wife the card to pay for everything through the Ziosk on the table. My wife had already paid the bill and we both just realized it was much more than normal for the cost of 2 three for me meals. Instead of the normal 12.99 for each meal, they charged extra for the chips & salsa, approx $13.85 extra. So, I notified my waiter and he got with someone to correct the bill. He brought my ticket back showing the over payment and explained to me that it would be credited back to my card and I thanked him and we left. Today 12-18-25 and it was never credited back. I even called my bank and they too have no record of it being credited back either.
At this point I’m not very happy with being charged more than I should have been and even more unhappy with this amount never being credited back to my card as promised. I still have the receipt showing the amount of $13.85 that was supposed to have been credit back to my card.
I’d also like to add another comment about the trip before this one, we ordered the quesadilla explosion salads. I’m not sure who made these salads or what happen, but they were so spicey hot, it took a lot of extra tea to wash them down. This is something we’ve not experience before when getting salads at this location. We’ve been here several times before, but not sure if we will be back again, after our last few trips here and our last few experiences.

Wow! It’s been years since we’ve been to Chili’s and let me just say, the welcome back was great! We had the pleasure of meeting Emi who was nothing short of personable, entertaining but most of all attentive. We never had to ask for a refill, or to check on our food, or for a box to go.
