Came here for a quick bite, it was pretty good. The service was great and the price was good for what we ordered. Some items tasted rushed or as if they’ve been sitting in a warmer. Overall the experience was nice I would come back and try something different.

First time here with my son and daughter-in-law and I was really impressed with the service, our waitress, Sarah, was very good, attentive without being annoying. The food was really good too. The only problem I had was the steak could have used a bit more seasoning but overall everything was good. Would definitely recommend that people give them a try.

When we arrived, everyone was friendly. However, the situation deteriorated quickly. The food lacked seasoning, and sat without drinks for about 20 minutes. We repeatedly asked for our server, so we could get refills, things we need it ect. but we were told she was in the bathroom. It was the worst dining experience ever my food got cold after waiting for almost 1 hour for some drinks and limes so I could eat my fish. This was ask for it since the beginning when I first placed my order.

Had a dinner date with the hubby, one of my favorite restaurants.We ordered the triple dipper with the burgers, egg rolls and mozzarella sticks, I didn’t really like the sticks they were to greasy for me but everything else was good. Hubby ordered the margarita chicken with shrimps on the side, loaded mash and corn, I had the fajita trio which was amazing, my leftover was made into tacos. Lol. Overall the experience was great we had an incredible waiter. Food was tasteful and quick.

We don’t normally do chain restaurants, but lately, Chili’s has become a notable exception. The location in High Point is good, but this location is GREAT. My husband, my MIL, and I had such an awesome lunch yesterday. Hubby is a picky eater but loved the salsa and queso. Their fried mozzarella is my favorite cheese pull I’ve come across so far. I had a burger which was fantastic, and my fries were covered in queso, bacon, and jalapenos. It was by far the most fun I’ve ever had eating fries, which is saying something. The mac and cheese was also fantastic. The only weak point in the meal was the chicken tenders: they were a little oily, and a little tough, as though both undercooked and overcooked at once. But, considering how much we enjoyed our meal as a whole, not the biggest deal (and by the time they arrived, there was already so much good food). The restaurant was clean, and serviced was fantastic. Our server, Sarah, was spectacular: our drinks stayed full, our food arrived quickly, freshly, and deliciously, and she was so friendly and attentive. All in all, we had a great lunch, and will definitely be back! ️

I came back because I wanted to try the new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks so I ordered a trip with that southwest rolls and the sliders and I must say it was a success. This time the service was awesome the bar attendant was very friendly and attentive to me. We were hesitant to eat here given the relatively low ratings, but the kids were insistent, so we went. It was fine. The server, Sara(h) was excellent — friendly and attentive in just the right amount. The tortilla chips were undercooked, but that’s the only negative part of the review. The rest was cooked perfectly and was brought out surprisingly fast. The kids were satisfied and if you’re a parent, you understand how that alone can improve the overall dining experience.

My family stopped here during our visit to WS for my wife’s birthday shopping day. This was our first ever visit to a Chili’s. We signed up for the Chili’s reward program
The chips and salsa were the sign up rewards gift. They were nice and warm, lightly salted and crispy. The salsa was pretty tasty, though a little thin. We all ordered the smash burgers with fries. I got the cup of chili, it was tasty, not to spicy but the chili powder taste came thru really strong. (Much stronger than I prefer and I make chili all the time). My wife and daughter ordered the salads. Both said the salads were really good and the ingredients were obviously fresh. The burgers were prepared as requested. The meal deal included a drink too. Overall the food was pretty good.
We arrived shortly after the lunch rush, restaurant was not very crowded. Lots of servers were around. Took awhile for the hostess to seat us. Our server was very friendly, (we had other servers too) but the overall attention was lacking. Due to this, my wife decided she didn’t want to wate her time waiting for her free desert (today was her 50th birthday)…(Yes, thanks Chili’s I’m gonna here about this during the drive home to Galax).
The silverware packets left for us …3 total only contained one knife between all 3 and it was dirty. Never was able to get it replaced or more knives brought to us.
The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. The feeling and mood was pleasant.
We don’t come to WS very often. I’ll give Chili’s another try…there’s one in Mt. Airy, NC (only about 30 minutes from my house) but the lack of service has turned me away from this location.
