This was not my first visit, but it was my most recent one. The food I got was from the 3 for me which is a fantastic deal to get a huge order of chips and dip, a huge burger, and a load of fries with a drink for $10.99. The place was PACKED, fairly noisy, and the parking lot is nightmarish if you do not have a small car. My service was average. Overall, an above average visit!

Def not busy BUT wait staff seems to either be walking around aimlessly or MIA..the bartender finally started taking care of the seated customers .wow..is this normal?.food was good and the chips and dip were awesome BUT our waitress didn’t come back and check on us until we were ready to go . We had to ask for the check and then wait a while for the change to be brought back. I can’t even imagine how this place operates when It.is busy SO I suggest the wait staff actually take care of your customers vs walking around doing who knows what ****EDIT**** anyone else who gets a reply asking you to contact Chilis corporate for more info DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Wife and I had lunch here today; celebrating our 16th anniversary.
Our server was Krista. Very polite, friendly. Definitely a AAA+++ employee.
We went for our go-to choice…each of us having the 3 for me. I chose the house salad w/blue cheese dressing, chicken sandwich and a sweet tea. My wife had her usual salad w/blue cheese dressing, burger and sweet tea.
The food was great as usual. We did also have a free chips and salsa, but the chips today were WAY to salty. But hey if it were game day and I was drinking beers…. It would work….
But they were free, so no harm to me.
Chili’s in Mt. Airy will continue to be my go-to restaurant for affordable, casual and tasty dining.
Keep up the GREAT service here and you’ll keep me hooked .
Wife and I ad dinner here tonight. We both ordered the 3 for me….. I had the 6 oz Classic Sirloin w/garlic butter(fantastic) w/loaded mashed potatoes(to die for) and steamed broccoli(perfect), had the starter salad with blue cheese dressing and a coke for $16.99
My wife had the Old Timer burger w/cheese, lettuce,onion and toma. It included the seasoned fries (gotta love them). Also had the starter salad w/ blue cheese dressing and a sweet tea for $10.99
Our server (John) was very friendly and attentive. Our drinks always stayed full and he was prompt in getting anything we needed (ketchup, salt,pepper, etc.)
Restaurant was clean and welcoming.
Overall price was $29.94 before tip. A great price for a great meal, super service! Definitely will be coming down off the mountain (can’t find all this in Galax) more often.

First of all we are on lunch break. Waited 30 mins to have our order taken cause they are under staffed. When they brought the drinks the guy dropped them on our table and made a mess. Then he just walked off for me to hand them out and clean it up. We finally got my food almost an hour later and it came out wrong. Brittney, the manager, is very unprofessional and dismissive. She made up a lie that we cussed at our waitress and asked us to be nicer. We asked our waitress and nobody has cussed at her. The waitress is amazing and trying to keep up with the crowd. Brittney on the other hand clearly does not have problem solving skills and I am totally confused how she worked her way into a management position. It all goes back to leadership which she clearly is not cut for the job. **edit** I got my food the second time and they essentially brought me mac and cheese with chicken in it… not cajun chicken pasta

My family and I stopped in after attending the Autumn leaves festival. We were seated after only a couple of minutes and then totally ignored for the next 15 minutes. After a couple of attempts to flag down someone to possibly start the drink orders which was also ignored we decided that if this experience was beginning in this manner there was little hope for the rest of the experience. We were all disappointed as we typically have had good experiences at other Chili’s locations. With it being around 3 pm they weren’t extremely busy so this made little sense as to why things were going this way. Upon getting up to leave 3 different employees simply watched us walk out and made no attempt to see or mitigate what the problem was. I would love to be able to review the service however it was non existent so that being said I hope they are able to use this review to provide a better experience for customers in the future however that won’t ever be myself or my family again

Food arrived quickly and the order was correct. Service was pretty prompt. We ordered the triple Dipper plate and everything was so tasty. Unfortunately, being older, we were unable to finish. We would return here again!

I’ve never had such a rude waitress in my life. We waited 45 minutes and still had no food. Several other costumers came and went. They weren’t that busy. Our rude waitress didn’t turn our order in, and when we asked about it she was extremely arrogant, and acted like we were in the wrong.
