Saturday evening after Valentine’s Day and everywhere else was really busy, we found room for 4 of us here. We tried the 3 for me and the burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and delicious. The beer was cold, the margaritas were frozen and the salsa and chips were very tasty. Good fries!! Prices were well worth the food and drinks. Thank you Chilies!

Went today for lunch! Haven’t been in years! When I say the service and food were beyond I mean it! This is the best service and food I have had in awhile eating out. We didn’t have to wait, the server and other person who brought drinks were polite and fast! They checked on us! The food was perfect! Not only did our server give us to go boxes she also gave us to go cups for our sauces and queso without us asking. This so what makes me want to go back to a restaurant!

Food was delicious we had the sirloin steak and tasted just perfect. One of the orders was well done instead of medium rare but server asked to cut it to check the term, and took it to replace it. It wasn’t too fast but was worthy! Great service, awesome food and definitely recommend nice, friendly and attentive waitress. No waiting time

My wife and I came to chilli’s around 11:30 and we wanted to try the viral triple dipper with the Nashville cheese sticks and I have to say that it was the best chili’s experience we have ever had!!! We sat in the bar section in the booth, and the bartender was outstanding!!! And our food came out super fast and hot !! We had wings and side salad to start as well!! We will 1000% be back sooner than later. I don’t remember the bartenders name, but she was a smaller lady with tattoos with dark hair. She even brought refills without even asking!!!! Just an awesome experience!!!

The food was delicious as always. I tried the chicken sandwich with their “secret” sauce. It’s reminiscent of a type of 1000 island, but had a sweetness to it that I couldn’t pit my finger on. The fries and chips were served fresh and hot. Everything was so well seasoned and that sauce is fantastic. Our server Ashlynn was very attentive and pleasant to be waited on by. I always enjoy my experience at this location, but today definitely deserved a formal review. I will be back again soon!

We have stopped at this Chili’s several times while traveling. The experience today was one of the best. Our server/bartender McKenna was awesome! She checked on us often even though she had at least 8 tables as well as several patrons at the bar. She was able get a special request into the kitchen for my burger bites and gave us info on local craft breweries that we may be interested in. Our food was delicious… chips and salsa, we split a triple dipper with burger bites triple and 2 flavors of chicken crispers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went with my son and 2 of his boys on the way to TN. 2 orders of chicken tenders fries, and 2 sodas for the boys, smashburger and a beer for my kid and a burger patty no bun for me. All came with fries and we got the burgers on the 3 for me menu so we also got chips and salsa. All together it was $75 plus tip. Not bad! The burgers were off the charts good, but the fries were seriously lacking, unfortunately. Chips were crazy good, super thin, crispy and plenty of salt. Worth the stop!!

Horrible Experience! My friend and I have visited Chili’s in the past and they were alright, but this time it was horrendous and we will NOT be returning. We came here after work for Happy Hour drinks and appetizers. They were both subpar – the quality has gone downhill considerably. But this isn’t what I am complaining about.
Your Ziosk did not work properly and I was charged twice for both mine and my companion’s meals. When attempting to explain this to the staff, they ignored me and directed their conversation to my friend.
Why? BECAUSE I AM DEAF AND COMMUNICATE VIA ASL. So they faced her, talked to her, directed their questions and so forth to her, and treated me like I was a child incapable of speaking for myself. I was furious and insulted at this behavior. What makes this even more infuriating is that the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind is just a few miles away from this restaurant. There’s no excuse for this lack of cultural awareness and communication sensitivity. Clearly your staff needs training.
When I did get the chance to speak up, I requested a refund and was told I would receive such within 7-10 days. So far that hasn’t happened.
Thanks for ruining my day, Chili’s. You could have been a little more respectful and made more of an attempt to work directly with me rather than dismissing me simply because you think I am a “Deaf Idiot” who cannot communicate (by the way, I can speak and lipread when necessary, even though both my friend and I are fluent in sign language).
Like I said, we won’t be coming back. And that this happens in a city with a School for the Deaf nearby and a considerable Deaf population as a result? Shudder…
