Went here Sunday, a little after 6 pm. No wait to be seated and the restaurant wasn’t very packed at all. Waitress was attentive and friendly.
Decided to try their Chicken bacon ranch nachos (6/10) the cheese was overcooked and congealed; not fresh and melty at all. Really didn’t care for the flavors as “nachos”; was overall lacking. Had an order of mozzarella sticks for the table (8/10), maybe the batter was off or something, but they didn’t taste too great like they usually do, to me. For drinks, I tried the two wicked themed margaritas (10/10) I loved the flavors of both drinks; they both come with super cute drink stirrers also!
Total $32 spent on my food and drinks.
I’d return to this location in the future.
My overall rate for experience : 8.6/10

I’ve come here a few times and had no issues outside of my ribs having absolutely no meat on them. But this time i ordered a medium steak and received a rare steak. Not only was it rare but it was extremely hard to cut into because i wasn’t actually cutting into meat that was eatable. Won’t be ordering steak from here again. Nastiest steak I’ve ever had

Visited chili’s for the first time. Always wanted to try the mozzarella sticks here. Ordered tripple dipper with mozzarella sticks, burger bites and spinach egg roll. Mozzarella sticks with the best cheese pull. Burger bites n spinach egg rolls are quite good as well. Every item came in 2 pieces. So, 2 people can share. Also, we ordered the smash burger that comes with fries salsa n chips and a drink. Its okayish I would say. Overall had a good experience here.

My friend and I visited for Valentine’s Day. It was very crowded, so we decided to order takeout and were told to place our order at the bar. Unfortunately, the bartender completely ignored us. We stood there waiting, hoping either the bartender or a waitress would acknowledge us, but no one did.
This was our first time visiting, and the experience was disappointing. As college students, it made us wonder if we were overlooked because of our age. Regardless, every customer should be treated with respect and acknowledged in a timely manner.
Management really needs to address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

The Waitress was fine, everything else was awful. Hostess couldn’t look through a glass door and wave to let us know a table was ready but everyone who walked in 20 minutes after us got sat immediately (she apparently texted us but never got anything). Almost all of the food tasted like dishwater which is weird considering they didn’t even have clean silverware (was given plastic). The only thing that didn’t taste like dishwater was the texas cheese fries and they tasted like dog food. Do not waste your time here.

Update from visit on September 2nd, although service remained fair, the food was terrible. Our first round of chips were just wet soggy things, we asked for another basket and it was no better. Server took them away. I ordered the large fajita trio with shrimp, steak and chicken, the side toppings that came with it was barely enough for two fajitas.
The rest of the food was fine, although everything was served kind of sloppily.
Better than other chili’s. Food is pretty good, service is pretty good, location cleanliness and upkeep is fair.
I recommend this place for lunch, but I would not go here for dinner or drinks.

I took my daughter and my son here on Tuesday February 10, 2026 around 6:30 pm. For my daughters birthday. When we walked in they weren’t busy at all we literally sat there for 20 minutes maybe longer. No host in sight so I asked a server for a manager they never came after almost 30 minutes of just sitting there we finally left. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had and all my daughter wanted was chillis because we love this place but not the experience we had last night. This ruined my daughters birthday and I just want someone to know what we went through. This is totally unacceptable please someone get back to me so we can hopefully resolve this! Thank you.

My sisters and I met at this establishment to finalize plans for my birthday party on January 10 @ 6pm.One of my sisters live near this location.Everything was good besides the customer service of the waitress, Jacqueline. She was rude and lacked the skills that manifest good customer service. She didn’t elaborate on the menu items, for example, what type of of salad dressings or steak sauce. She never asked if we needed refills. She reached from behind our booth and over our heads to hand my sister her to go plate and her ticket instead of coming to the side of the booth. I have worked in customer service and helping field for many years and have respect for most people. The professionalism that Jacqueline displayed is not apart of the mission of Chilis. I am a long time customer of Chili’s and can honestly say this is my first negative experience I have had at any location.

We got to the restaurant and were seated around 5:15. The waitress checked in on us soon after sitting down, we ordered 2 waters. Around 5:40 she came back, without the waters, to ask if we were ready to order. We asked for a drink menu to see what was available from the bar, to which we were informed that they did not have drink menus. We placed our order and our food and drinks came out shortly after. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. We asked for a check and the box at 6:21. The time on the check we received said 6:34. We had to wait until 6:47 to get our box.
We spent an hour and a half in the restaurant, approximately 50 minutes of this was waiting for 2 waters and a takeout box. The food was delicious but I’m not sure I’ll be retuning to this location.

Service out ways the food and atmosphere, but for how busy they can get I am impressed with the services. The food is basic, we went before the rush and there were next to no people and the food was room temp. Better than the Gally I suppose.
