Today is Valentine’s Day, so obviously, Chili’s was a full house. Despite it being busy, our server, I believe her name was Mcalla, delivered the best service I can recall ever having.
I must have gone through 8 waters and never once had an empty cup, same with the other 3 in my family. Chip refills without having to ask for a thing. Every time she zoomed by, she made sure to ask if everything was still okay. She had a great attitude, fast, attentive, anticipated our needs, all while handling a holiday crowd.
This absolutely made our holiday! Big thank you to her.

This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chili’s! I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area. The food was fantastic hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The dining area and bathrooms were both super clean, and the service was top-notch. The staff even held the door open for us as we walked in, which made me feel really welcomed and special. Our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive, and she even gave us free queso with our meal, which was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our visit from start to finish, and if I lived in the area, this would definitely be my Chili’s location.

I work with men with intellectual disabilities and we go on many community outings every week we try to take them out to eat so sat we went to chilis for lunch every one of our guys has there own money to pay for there food the service at first was great an the food was great too but when it came to pay we explained that each bill was separate because we need to document each clients money an have the exact change bk for them we tried explaining this to the waitress 3 different times we weren’t rude even about the fact that she kept like kinda shooo off what we was trying to explain to her she went an was complaining about us to the other employee an pointing over at us about us trying to explain to her we need the exact amount bk with the receipts for each person she then walked off with our change an copy of receipts she was very disrespectful with her additude and behavior towards our table sadly to say we will not be bringing our clients bk to chilis even tho the food was good the service of Zoey was terrible we did speak to the manager about it an he said we aren’t the only one to complain about her service an to make it worse we got home an the money wasn’t correct an we had to take out of our own pockets to make up for the difference bc she wanted to rush service trying to get her tips it’s hard enough we get stared at going out an then we have to deal with terrible service as well I wld steer clear of the blonde with the fake southern accent at chilis she needs to may try learning some customer service skills

My cousin drive in from Gettysburg and we had lunch a delightful lunch yesterday. I can’t remember our servers name but she was funny and helpful but also left us to our catching up. I got the lunch chicken fresh med bowl and it was big and it was Fabulous! I hadn’t been to chilis in years but I think I’ll start going more often! Lunch prices are great!

It was a busy weekend in Winchester, however the staff was courteous and welcoming. Evans(server) did a wonderful job of accommodating our party of 6 and assisted with getting food expedited for my diabetic father. All food came out perfect, including my medium steak. Will visit again due to the great sevice.

My friend and I had an exceptionally great dining experience last evening at this Chili’s location in Winchester. What made this meal stand out and left us both saying “WOW” several times was the service that we received from a young lady named Zoey. She was very pleasant and super attentive from beginning to end. She thought of our every need before we did. With this being said, the food was also fresh, presented well and very tasty. What this all says to me is that this place must have an owner, manager and staff that care about their customers so thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.
I rarely eat at chain restaurants to avoid being disappointed in the food quality and poor service but I am definitely adding this Chili’s to my places to visit regularly.
