The picture below is the Ancho Salmon with cilantro and pesto sauce. It’s definitely worth every bite to the point I got full and I’m taking it home. My husband had chicken and fries, his food was amazing he had to take his home.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Jessica at Chili’s Grill & Bar. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made our visit even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Excellent service all around. We will definitely be back and hope to have Jessica as our server again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was excellent, but the service was not. Our waiter was top notch but the people who was at the front no so much. She put us on the wait list and told us we would be contacted in about 30 minutes. We waited, but didn’t get contacted. We came in and sat in the waiting area. At this point, I’m agitated because when we came back in, there was no one waiting, and I saw at least 3 tables that were empty and clean and could accommodate our party of 5. Another host approached the host stand, and he just stood there. She came back and asked were we waiting for someone. I told her no, you put us on the waiting list, and we have been waiting for an hour at this point. Then she looked at the list, saw our name, said, “One second,” and walked away. Another party of 5 came after us and was seated immediately. I know we were there before them because when the male host asked them if they were on the list, they said no. Finally, after 20 minutes, they seated us at a table. I would have given zero stars, but the waiter was so lovely, hence the 2 stars. The rest of the night was OK.

Getting through well known American chains, this time it’s Chili’s. The food is good, but what is great is how much you get for the price. Service was excellent, attentive and not overbearing. And the atmosphere at this location is excellent.

The food was great, and the cocktail drinks were amazing. Our server was top-notch and provided excellent service. However, the experience was marred by the behavior of the bus girls. They were very loud while cleaning, and at one point, they broke two glasses and laughed it off, which was disappointing. It detracted from what could have been a perfect dining experience.

We have been going here at least once a week ever since we found our favorite server, Shawn. He often has a packed restaurant to himself and somehow still manages everything masterfully. We like a lot of things about Chili’s, but our two favorite things are Shawn and the fajitas. We make a few odd modifications to the fajitas and previously they often came out incorrectly. It happened so often that we stopped sending it back and just ate them the way they came out. Luckily Shawn has our order modifications memorized perfectly and all we have to say is we’ll have the usual. The only gripes we have with Chili’s are that they took away our beloved white queso and changed their nachos. Still, as long as they have Shawn and fajitas, we’re there.

Because TikTok rules…we headed here at the request of my teen for the Triple Dipper – he talked about it all week. Most of table ordered the Triple Dipper with a variety of sauced mozzarella sticks, sliders and chicken crispers. Some others at the table had burgers and chicken crispers. Things started out great, service was ok, we ordered our drinks and food. Along came the complimentary chips and salsa…we’re enjoying each other’s company and conversation. I go in to dip my chip and pull out a hair – GROSS! After 7 minutes of trying to flag down the waiter, I walk over to their station to show him what I just found in my salsa. Obviously he was grossed out and immediately got a manager. I showed the manager and he responded, “thanks for letting me know, I’ll talk to the folks in the kitchen”. You bet! I walk back to my table and immediately I’m no longer hungry. Food arrives and everything is just OK. The manager discounted our bill by the same amount I could have gotten on my own with no hair in my salsa. Be safe out there.
