Arrived at 10:46 PM to a restaurant that closes at 11:00 PM, only to be told last call was 10:45 PM. impressive precision. The bar was completely empty, but apparently the clock was the busiest employee in the building.
Totally understand policies, of course, but it was a bit ironic watching a fully staffed, empty bar refuse three margaritas with 14 minutes left in service. If the goal is to encourage people to go out less, this is certainly an effective strategy.
On the bright side, the experience was very efficient: walked in excited, walked out sober, and saved money. A memorable way to end the night.

I know I’m a little late but there are no Chili’s around my way so yes this is my first time trying the Triple Dipper situation but it won’t be my last! For those that don’t know it’s your choice of any 3 items from the appetizer menu. I went with the 2 cheeseburger sliders and I added Bacon. 2 Southwest egg rolls and finally the infamous honey barbecue chicken crispers. This combo is the perect way to sample the appetizer menu. Everything was cooked perfectly! I added a “side” of chips and salsa. Look at that bag. I wasn’t expecting that

I enjoyed my Chili’s experience. The garden salad was yummy. I really liked my mini burger sliders, and I appreciate them accommodating my diary allergies. My margarita was pretty good…wish it was a little stronger and more flavor of fruit. Our waitress was fun and professional.

We come here every now and then whenever we’re in the area for Round1 and the food and service has always been excellent! The bathroom was clean and didn’t have that typical bathroom smell which was kind of a refresher. My only complaint is that our food came out a bit off tonight. The tortilla chips were heavily salted, my steak was well done instead of medium well (not that big of an issue tho) and also super salty. My partner felt like he wasn’t given enough fries for his meal. This is not the average experience (for me, at least) so Om guessing it may have just been a busy night! I’d still refer this location to anyone because their food is always great and service is above and beyond. One of my favorite spots to eat before our drive home! 100% recommend the Enchilada soup. It’s amazing and I need to steal their recipe

My family and I have eaten at this location 5 or more times in the past year and have never been disappointed until this last time. My daughter asked to switch from one soda to a different kind and was told we would be charged for the switch. Our server told us it was due to inventory accounting that we would be charged for the switch, we didn’t like the policy but agreed to pay but wanted to voice our displeasure on the survey using the payment kiosk on our table. So after paying I began to fill out the survey and our server stood behind me looking over my shoulder as I filled out the comment section about the extra charge, she then told me that it would count against her if I said anything. Then the kiosk timed out and then she took the battery out. She said it was time for her to go. She was a good server to us. But made it a little awkward at the end. We will be back but felt today was a little off.

The menu had plenty to choose from and great deals. I chose the triple dipper. My hubby got the 3 for me, and my son got the honey Chipotle chicken tender meal. The food came out hot, and fresh. We were full and had enough leftovers for a snack later that day. The server, Dominique, was attentive and funny she handled our large party of 7 with ease. I would for sure return to this location.
