Food is great, atmosphere and location is perfect for meeting colleagues and friends. Service however needs improvement and needs to be faster. There were multiple times where I had to wait long periods before our server arrived to place more drink orders and both touchscreen POS systems were off and not charged.

This is the 3rd & last time we will visit this location. The 1st visit we ended up leaving before being served because it took too long. The 2nd visit went pretty well. This visit was horrible. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my food was pretty good when I finally got it. Our server must have been new. We were in there for more than 2 hours. Our order was given to the wrong table & our server didn’t check on us at all, we always had to stop him. My husband’s food wasn’t great. We will not be going back to this location.

Will not come back to a Chili’s ever again. The food does not resemble the pictures in the menu. They nickle and dime for their dishes. I grew up loving Chili’s, but the quality is just not there anymore. You pay more for less–less food for the portion and poor (not to mention inconsistent depending on location and management) quality. 🙁

It’s ok for a quick bite when you’re tired and hungry.
Host seemed confused and unsure where to seat us although the restaurant was only about half full. Enthusiastic waiter stepped up and called us to his section. William was very friendly and attentive.
Food was typical of any Chili’s.

We love Chili’s! The garlic fried pickles were fresh and hot. We had frozen margaritas and they were good too. Our server was excellent and prompt. We will definitely come back.

This location is the reason why my Wife and I don’t want to eat at Chili’s anymore! We LOVED Chili’s, but the visit was quite disappointing. The food was just “okay”, but the service was poor. It was midday and midweek after the lunch rush. Not sure if that had something to do with it or what, but we likely won’t visit here again.

I have been to this location twice, now. The first time I sat and waited to even be acknowledged (after being seated by the host) for ~10 minutes. Finally I saw someone tell my waitress that I was there and she finally came and got my drink and food order. When I finally got my food it was burnt and crusty. I ate, paid and left, didn’t say anything as by this time I just wanted to leave, I had been there ~30 minutes before I even got food. Next time I wanted Chili’s I drove across town to get to a different location, even though this one is much closer to where I live.
Then, I was going to eat with my SO. I had told him about my experience and we decided that maybe it was just an off day and we went here since it was much more convenient. We were seated by the host, and I saw that the same waitress was in our section. I immediately suggested we move, as I did not want to wait again (we were in a mild hurry). We told the host we’d like to sit in the bar area and she said to just pick wherever as it’s first come first serve. We chose a table in the middle of the area, and waited. After ~5mins someone acknowledged us, and said he’d go get our waiter/waitress. We thanked him and continued waiting. We watched 3 different employees, and I believe a manager, walk around us. No one talked to us. No one took our order. It was surreal. It felt like some kind of prank. We kept looking around, waiting on someone to take our order, or at least ask us if we were being helped, or even just look at us. It didn’t happen. After ~15mins we finally got up. We walked past the host, and I think the manager, who was standing there talking to the host. I know they saw us, I made direct eye contact with the host, but neither of them said anything, so we left. It was ridiculous and it was the second awful experience I’ve had at this Chili’s.
If you must have Chili’s, believe me when I say it’s worth it to drive across town to the Richmond HW location. You will be able to drive there, eat, and get back before you will even get your order taken at this location. I’ve never had such an experience at a restaurant. I won’t be back, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

Food was average but since this is a chain restaurant you can not expect great food. The food wasn’t horrible don’t get me wrong. And the service was fine they brought the food in a reasonable amount of time. But if your going here expecting good food you find it but you will find average to low quality food for a cheap price.

I am currently at my table writing this review. It has been 45 minutes since we placed our order. Other tables have been served and finished their meals. I recommend this place if your hungry for incompetence. You will leave satisfied.

The food came quickly after we ordered. We had to ask for a refill 3 times, and finally someone else brought it to us. We waited 30 minutes for the bill after we asked it. Our bill was wrong when we finally got it. It was a bad experience, and we will not be returning.
