Service, food, & cleanliness of booth were all great. I’d give 5 stars if onions hadn’t come on my burger as requested and the French fry serving size was fairly minimal. Otherwise a great visit.

We went for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn’t crowded at all, just a few tables besides us. We were told they were short staffed so didn’t mind a bit longer service. We had 4 people. Only 2 orders of food were as ordered. Steak wasn’t cooked as ordered but she said it tasted fine. One order of ribs was so hard and dry they were completely inedible. We literally took turns trying to cut them with a steak knife and couldn’t! The waitress did not come back before everyone else was finished eating. We told her the ribs couldn’t be eaten, and the plate was still full. She didn’t compensate the bill but said she was sorry. Even left the +3.00 upcharge for the ribs. So we left knowing we won’t be back to this location.

Service was terrible waitress showed up 10 minutes after we was seated. Took our drink and food order and never brought the drinks or our appetizers back. So 25 minutes later someone from the kitchen showed up with our burgers and fries. Then the waitress showed up finally with our side salads and no drinks still. Then looked surprised. So after all that my bun was hard and my burger was rare. When I asked for well done. Place was not busy only 3 other tables and there waiter was on point. We had to ask him for things smh. Waitress showed back up and i asked for the manager. Explain to him what happened. You would think the waitress would have came back and apologized for her service. But nope never we seen her again. So we was there for almost 1hr for nothing what a waste. I give zero stars if I could.
