Well My wife made the mistake of trying to be nice and get me double cheeseburger from here. IT SUCKED!!!!! Burnt bacon and burger the dogs would not even touch it. We had a friend over and he told me he delivers for a food service and delivers food to Chili’s kitchen staff. He said they said they do not even eat the food. A waste of $15.00 not worth it at all see pictures burnt bacon and burger.. The dogs ate the fries at least but we put the burger as the worse ever do not go here you have been warned. The kitchen has no real cooks

I went with their “3 For Me” deal, and it was an incredible value. For a super reasonable price, I got a refreshing Sprite, a generous portion of chips and salsa (which were both fresh and delicious), and the star of the show, the Smash Burger. The burger was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful – you could tell everything was made with fresh ingredients. Beyond the amazing food and value, the service was truly top-notch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Chili’s for a satisfying and affordable meal with great service!

The food and drinks were excellent, fresh, flavorful, and just what I was hoping for. However, the customer service fell short of expectations. The hostess didn’t greet us upon arrival, and our waitress lacked friendliness and enthusiasm throughout the visit even though it wasn’t even busy. While I truly enjoyed the meal, I’ll likely visit a different Chili’s location next time in hopes of a better overall experience.

Gabby tonight was amazing. She sat us from the door, helped us sign up for the rewards program. I forgot my glasses so she went over the menu with me. I felt completely welcomed and not rushed at all. She made me a yummy strawberry Margherita and helped me decide on surfturf. Wonderful experience.

My son and his friends went last night after 7:30 and the waitress was young lady they all had there own $$ and first time going without adults … they put all there money down plus tip and she took 30 from them then had the audacity too come after them saying they didn’t pay all the bill. They were embarrassed and also she was nice but she is a thief and took complete advantage of these kids .. my son didn’t even have uber $$ had to call me

Chili’s last night was a huge mistake. First, we check in on line, says 30-45 minute wait. After 30 minutes, we went inside after not yet receiving a text to say a table is ready, and I stood there and literally counted 19 open tables not even counting the room I couldn’t see. We were seated by the stand that’s the gathering place for all the servers to stand and gossip. Haven’t had the chicken crispers for years, used to love them. Fluffy batter, moist chicken, perfect. Ordered them tonight – yikes. What happened, Chili’s? Those things were horrible and nothing like they used to be. They were dry and nasty. I ordered 5, could only eat 2. A few hours later, I had the horribles. And I mean the explosive horribles! That’s not the Chili’s I remember.

Restaurant was busy and our server Grace and the manager Troy were outstanding. Grace was on top of everything and Troy stopped by twice and took time to explain why such a dramatic menu change. You can tell the staff is managed properly and the staff cares.
We have had so many terrible dining experiences lately that this was a nice change of pace on a Saturday night.

Early lunch here at this location, 3 for me, 10.99 commercials. Jackie, my server was great pleasant easy going. Large portion of chips and salsa, Smash burger was great, very flavorful and lots of toppings.
