Food was hot and very good each time. Waitresses are very good and attentive and quick. Recommend the burgers or the quesadillas! Somewhat on the pricey side. Also in the winter inside is unbearably hot its almost off putting to go back and sit inside so we switched to pickup.

We were here for a birthday this past weekend. Our server Jack was extremely busy but he kept up with drinks and service. Everyone enjoyed their food. My daughter especially loved them singing happy birthday to her.

Our local Chili’s is a busy place, but it is efficiently run. I have gotten carry out on several occasions and my order is always ready when I arrive. The staff members at the pickup counter are always polite and helpful. When we eat in the restaurant our servers have been attentive and the food is delicious. One thing I need to point out is the broccoli. Here’s a vegetable that can be so undercooked that you can’t cut the stalk part, or worse, overcooked, where the bright green color is not evident—instead your plate has mushy, dull green broccoli. At Chili’s the broccoli is always perfectly prepared—whether it’s in the restaurant or in their carry out container. Also, what you get there is broccoli heads or florets with very little stalk. I’ve mentioned this bit of perfection to the manager and she was happy but didn’t seem to think it was out of the ordinary. Anyway, when you’re in Bel Air, Maryland, stop in for a meal at Chili’s—and get the broccoli!

Edit : 4 to 3 stars. Server didn’t seem to want to check on us or care when we had issues. They messed up my order PLUS where is my buffalo sauce on my wings? I had to ask for more sauce twice … first time they messed up my order so I got my food remade and second time they still stingy on sauce…

Went there with my bestie on Friday, 11/14/25. We both ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. Cooked to perfection which I hardly get at other places. My friend said the same thing about it! The service was great and she was attentive, not overbearing which is a plus! Atmosphere was very relaxing. I have been going to Chili’s for over 25 years! Teri Y.

The service is always exceptional, but the food is also always a hit or a miss like others are saying. The “Super Smash Burger” was super disappointing because it isn’t even a smash burger. It’s a regular overdone beef patty with a rationed amount of Thousand Island and really sad looking brown lettuce. 8/10 burgers listed on the menu are exactly the same with the exact same ingredients, so there isn’t as much to choose from as the menu makes it look.
For nearly $17, I expected an actual Smash Burger. What you get could legitimately be taken to court for false advertisement.

Had shrimp quesadillas, large shrimp, tasty black beans. Outstanding. Servers are always friendly. I had drooped money on the floor without realizing it and a server called me and returned the money. Great people

Staffs were very friendly and accommodative.
Location was very convenient and easily accessible. Size is moderate and tables are very close to each other.
Clean and good maintained but could avoid the water on floor when going to restrooms. The kitchen water was slipping on the walkway to restrooms.
Busy place even on Sunday night at 9:30. So staffs are hard working and attentive.
Food taste was hit or miss among the 10 dish we ordered around 3 were not tasted good, 2 are not up to our expected taste comparable with other chilis. Our server was sweet and nice to us though. Nachos was meh, sizzlers chicken seems rubbery , quesadilla explosion salad was not good. I consider this trip May not decide everyday taste but staffs here are crowd pullers.
