Waited forever to get waited on and they were not busy. I ordered the Chipotle chicken Mex salad bowl and the guacamole was brown, the lettuce was old and starting to turn and it was way too spicy..they forgot my ranch dressing then brought me a huge dish…had the same thing the night before in wyomissing, PA and the food was fabulous. The restaurant was so cold my food got cold within 10 minutes. Not impressed will not come back.

Fast and kind service! Food was honestly insane quality for a chain and at a cheap price (We split 3 appetizers and a BBQ combo platter). Delicious drinks (Witches Brew margarita + vodka lemonade cocktail). Best part was the Mac and cheese and the queso. Our server Brad was incredible

Ordered takeout hours in advance, set the pickup time for 4:45pm, and at 5pm I got a text saying my order was ready. Then had to wait several minutes before even be asked my name for the order, then the order was missing several items/was not ready. When I got to my destination, an order of chips was missing. Then when my friend began to eat, she found a hair in her food. Absolutely will never be eating from here again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This was our first time at Chillie’s. We were told the wait time was 20 minutes, we only waited about 7. Got our table and our waiter was over within 2 minutes. Gabriel was very personable and attentive. We wanted to modify a dish and he wasn’t sure if it was possible so he went and asked. We ordered an alcoholic beverage with a cherry and he brought some for the whole table. Some of our food was missing from our order and he grabbed it right away.

Had a great time and food deals our server Gabriel was super attentive and quick with everything the man made our visit very pleasant. The food was hot and delicious. Can’t beat chilis prices either. Love coming here anytime!

My family and I have dined here on multiple occasions, specifically for birthdays. It’s alright overall but it’s not my favorite. The food is good, I like the chicken fajitas but that’s pretty much it. The menu has a lot of fried food and greasy food, which is not my cup of tea. The reason I give it 3 stars is mainly because of the atmosphere. It’s wayyyy too loud and obnoxious. Maybe some people like the noise but it’s a little too much for me. Also, parking is awful. I can never find a spot.

Our server was very nice, but the rest of the experience was not. The mozzarella sticks and soup both came out cold and the soup was just watery. We sent the mozzarella sticks back, but by the time new ones came, our entrees were already at the table.
When the food runner brought my plate, she tilted it sideways and spilled ranch all over me, my coat, and the bench. I told her she was dumping it on me, and she didn’t stop. She gave a quick disingenuous “sorry” and walked away – no help, no cleanup, no offer to fix it. I had to ask for more ranch since mine was now all over my coat.
The bacon chicken ranch quesadillas were soggy, barely warm, with maybe two tiny pieces of bacon and no sauce in them (which is fine since there was ranch dumped on them) Dry and disappointing. For a $60 meal, this was not okay.
The floor under the table was also so sticky that I had to check my shoes to make sure that there wasn’t gum stuck to them.
We won’t be coming back to this location. The food was bad, the service (outside of our actual server) was careless, and it’s not even worth the parking hassle. I’ve been eating at Chili’s KOP my entire life since before it was renovated and the past few years it continues to go downhill. If we really want Chili’s we’ll drive the 40 min to Pottstown instead.
I know they’re going to respond with an insincere apology telling me to fill out some form on their website but why should I or anyone waste time giving any more feedback when they clearly have stopped putting in the effort to do anything with quality and care. Just read the most recent reviews the food is cold and poor quality which is disappointing and to be honest not safe food handling. They clearly don’t care.

Went for take-out order located on the side of the front entrance. This you man that help take my order seem nice, but once I went to pay for the food and I didn’t leave a tip, his attitude changed. When my order was finished and boxed up in a to go bag, he on purposely left the order on the side to let it sit to get cold. I had to tell another person 15 minutes later.That my food is sitting there getting cold. I do not recommend this location unless the management team address the issue of there workers attitude toward customers

Oh my word, Best Barbecue ribs ever. The mac n cheese was delicious. Corn on the was yummy. Everyone there is helpful. Great customer service. The chocolate lava cake was delicious, with vanilla ice cream. ❤️ ❤️
