Very poor quality food tasted awful and unsanitary to eat.
Food was incorrectly prepared and had a weird taste and feeling to it and very poor packaging with extremely small portions. Made my mouth feel sick and hurt it’s like they poisoned it.

This restaurant has been in my area for a long time, but something has changed. The food was very good. I’ve gone a couple of times in the last month, and both times the restaurant was packed, and the staff brought their A game. I’m not sure if Gianni is a manager, but he was amazing both times. He helped the wait staff by bringing out food, and checking on customers.

Brandy was amazing. She was patient and made sure we were happy our whole visit. My dads bacon wasn’t as well done for his burger as he wanted but she fixed that right away and the manager brought it out quick and it was fantastic. Overall, great time and thankful this chilis is still open.

Horrible waitress. We were seated in the bar area and our waitress was so bad and no interest in our table. Food was just ok. This chilis is the worst one I gave been to. Other chilis are great. But this one I would stay away. They could care less about thier customers

Customer service was perfect. Food was on time and everything. It was warm and well made. I just didn’t enjoy one bit of the meal and the manager was very kind and nice about it and it was just a great experience all the way around

I came New Year’s Eve with my family. The food and service was good, but the group beside me was obviously drinking and one of the young couple’s were arguing with each other so loud we almost had to ask to move our table. Several people in the party were so rude to the server and kept yelling different things, one went so far to ask for a manager. I feel so bad for the server, wish I knew his name or I would call and let a manager know how they were treating him. He was a young guy with tattoos and dark hair. I guess it’s my fault to come out on the biggest drinking night of the year. I hope the managers don’t reprimand their employees based off of drunken behavior of others.

Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She checked in with us frequently & brought refills when we were low on drinks without us even asking. The food was served hot & fresh, and was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Honestly never have left a review of a restaurant, ever. But this experience by far was just the weirdest and honestly most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. We got sat at our table, the hostess was nice enough. Our one year old son accidentally tipped over some water onto the floor. We apologized and notified staff. Our server came over and handed my husband a roll of paper towel for him to get onto the floor and clean it. This shocked both of us because, we are both long time servers and would NEVER make our guests get on the floor and clean a spill. After he took our food orders, he never returned to the table. No one did, besides the person who ran our food. We had to flag down the hostess for napkins and dressing because no one wanted to tend to us. Our server bussed the table right next to us and ignored us. It was odd because we have no idea what we did to deserve this poor service as we were polite the entire time and never made a fuss. We didn’t complain even a little. We decided to tip the young lady who gave us water and ran our food, and upon receiving her tip she replied with “yeah.”……. Okay! Seriously the weirdest service interaction we’ve ever had and hope management sees this so you all can improve a little. That way no other customer is treated this way. Do better!

I know it’s a chain restaurant, but I usually like what I have at Chili’s. Today was no exception. I think everyone enjoyed their food around our table.
Service was good with courtesy and promptness. Orders were taken speedily and our drinks were promptly delivered, and I thought our foods came out of the kitchen very fast.
It was funny everyone had a 3forMe deal. Chicken tortilla soup was a hit as well as individual chicken fajitas. My Cajun chicken pasta perhaps could’ve used a little more “Cajun-ness” compared to my past experiences, but it was fine. Complimentary chips and salsa (being a member of Chili’s reward club) are always welcome!

From previous comments it seems this location has a lot of issues with their staff and I would have to agree. While dining with my wife and children, we witnessed a manager nearly get into a physical fight with an employee in the middle of the restaurant. This was shocking and completely inappropriate behavior, especially from someone in management. Afterward, the same manager loudly discussed explicit sexual comments with another employee, loud enough for our family to hear. Regardless of personal orientation, this kind of language and behavior, particularly from a manager, was unacceptable in a family setting.
