This was a mighty extraordinary meal. It was very delicious and I love the triple dipper, as does everyone. We got it with fried mozzarella and another type of mozzarella stick and boneless wings.
Our waiter was Ty, and they were out of this world. They got everything done quick and efficient while staying friendly and personable.

Our wonderful server Sydney was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. She set us up with our rewards program, our food came out at incredible speed and tasted amazing. Truly felt God in this Chili’s tonight!

Finally was able to stop in after the grand opening hype has toned down. We sat at the bar and were seated almost immediately. Never had Chili’s before but I would say the food was comparable to any Red Robin, TGI Fridays, etc. I recommend the fried mozzarella and the Mac N Cheese. If you aren’t a fan of salty dishes, this may not be your place. The waitstaff were so sweet considering how crazy this opening must’ve been.

It was good, overall. Clean restaurant and friendly service. The salsa was really watery though, would not order that again. Wish the lights were more dim to give more of a restaurant vibe, but overall it was a good experience. Loved my brisket quesadilla and my husband enjoyed his fajita.

Started off strong with the onion blossom, but our drinks did not get refilled once during our time here- we had to make a good effort to get the waitresses attention to order another drink (although she was very sweet she seemed stretched thin) and the food was not terrible but not very good either. Steak had a very chewy texture, my fiancé did not eat it. Overall the food was just not worth what we paid for it.

This was my first time going to chili’s and I wasn’t sure what they even sold. Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, service, and drinks! I had a great experience here!

The service was good and we didn’t wait long to be seated. The food came out quickly but it wasn’t great. Sauces tasted like they were watered down and we had four different meals that didn’t make us want to go back.

Visited the new Chili’s around 12:30 PM and it was packed! We were told 30–40 minutes for a table, but got seated within 15 minutes or so. The place isn’t very big compared to other local restaurants, but the staff handled the crowd well.
Our waitress was attentive, and even though our appetizers were delayed, they comped one of them and handled everything with professionalism. The music was a bit loud, which made talking tricky, but it helped drown out other noise.
The food was delicious, prices were fair for the portions, and overall service was excellent. Hoping they keep up the great experience even after the “new” feeling wears off.

I did not anticipate an opening night on a Monday to be as packed as it was. The staff did an amazing job keeping up with things. I was seated at the bar and Ed and the bar staff were incredible. There was an understandable wait for the food. There was an issue where someone else accidentally got my ordered Awesome Blossom and Ed took care of getting me my order and fixing everything. I was a little disappointed they ran out of skillets for the skillet cookie, but it was definitely not a deal breaker. The special Scranton margarita was delicious and pretty strong, I hope it will become a permanent addition to the menu. Overall great experience and I can’t wait to come back with the family when it is a little less crowded and there is more of an opportunity to explore the decor.
