When I say I had the most Amazing experience here for lunch, I mean it! I travel nearly 200 days throughout the year and I can’t remember how long it’s been since I enjoyed my lunch more than right here at the bar with Brandi the Bartender. Brandi was professional, prompt and (most importantly) proficient and pleasant! Chili’s got a good one when they hired her. The food was simply amazing as well. I cut my burger in half, could barely fit my mouth around it without smashing it down with my hands. My wait was minimal, my food was delightful and the drinks couldn’t have been more accurately timed. If you need to have lunch sometime, come here and sit at the bar! Brandi will make you feel like you’re a regular. She’s very humble and has a Fantastic personality! It’ a shame I forgot to take photos.

We went to Chili’s on Thursday evening for a late dinner. It was OK. The chips and salsa were good but the chips are advertised as being served warm, and they were not at all. Asked for sour cream with the chips, but didn’t receive it. The burger was better than the sirloin steak meal. The mashed potatoes with the steak were kind of dark in color and seemed old. There was a party of at least 30 people that was really loud, but not the restaurant’s fault.

Our server was absolutely fantastic, and the restaurant was spic & span clean. Howsumbutever, our focus was on the food. It’s a sad state of affairs when the highlight of someone’s meal is the chips & salsa. The chips were warm but not homemade on site. The salsa was delicious and definitely was made on site. Finally, a salsa in central PA that tastes Mexican, not Peruvian or Puerto Rican like all the other so called Mexican restaurants throughout PA. We lived in SoCal for 40+ years, so I have just a bit of knowledge on the subject of salsas. I would return here just for the salsa. I would not return for a burger. My burger was sooooo overcooked, dry and tasteless it’s almost a sin what was done to the beef in the kitchen. The chicken in my wife’s chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was similar… dry, tough and overcooked. Would not be surprised to learn that it was cooked yesterday and served today. No moisture or flavor whatsoever in the chicken. However, the Ranch sauce that was served with the quesadilla was extremely tasty and provided a bit of lubricant to wash down the dry chicken. I definitely woulda preferred no seasonings on my french fries, but for what they were, they were edible. So like I said earlier, it’s a huge thumbs down to the menu food, but a gigantic thumbs up for the freshly made Mexican salsa.

Met some friends from work for lunch. 7 of us. My first time there. Service was a team effort. We arrived separately,so I arrived last. Everyone was seated at a big table with lots of talk and menu questions. Server handled her job professionally and fielded my questions as well and pointed out the ” 3 for” meal selection when I asked about Senior meals. I got an oldtimer burger, for entre,French fries and chicken enchilada soup for a starter. Our food all arrived at the same time delivered by two servers. Water arrived early and was refilled throughout the meal. Food was hot and delicious. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Great experience. Even enjoyed the music in the background. I’d say a good time was had by all.

I don’t know what happened to chilis in the past two years, but I’ve gone from a passionate hater, to wanting to eat there. In fact, it was so engrained into my psyche, I felt shame even admiting I was enthralled by the idea of going. The floor is no longer a corn kernal graveyard and as sticky as a movie theater after the second showing of ‘Despicable Me 5.’ Our waitress was attentive and double checked our order multiple times. It was all hot and delicious. My meal was just under $15 including the tip. I recommend the Big Smasher burger. They also had my favorite plant outside, ornamental peppers, though they were smaller than the burger I ordered.

Food came from someone , server didn’t ask if we needed anything or ask if order was good . Waited forever for the bill , had to go to hostess table to find out where my bill was. I guess I was supposed to know that I was to pay on the thing where kids play games . How it takes cash n gives me change , I don’t know . I didn’t wait to touch the gaming unit.had to go find my server to get the check.

Very good location, nice atmosphere, good service, clean, and good value. We visited this location for the first time and everything went well. The waiter was very nice and efficient, the food was delicious and fresh, and it was a good value overall. No complaints on this visit, and overall it’s a solid location.
Also, I recommend the avocado chicken sandwich – it’s delicious and reasonably priced.

Poor service complained about my order and said everything was bad, too tired to drive back to take to Chill’s and manager ..on duty yes I’m upset about your attitude and how you treat your customer. Stated said you be credit and hung up no thank you or sorry for problem or anything.1st time issue was the worse time .
Only good thing about Tuesday night was the friendly person that took my order !

Our first experience at this Chili’s location was abysmal. We waited over a minute for a greeting, and despite requesting a booth, we were seated at a table. When I politely mentioned the mistake, the hostess simply said “ohh”, and moved us to a booth across the aisle. While our server was prompt at the table, issues persisted. My son’s meal arrived with chicken on the side, despite my specific request to omit it. My black bean burger fell apart, making it unenjoyable. The French fries were overly seasoned and extremely salty. To top it off, our server never offered drink refills. Given the numerous dining options in the area, this experience wasn’t good enough to warrant a return.
