We ordered salsa and chips, the salsa was watery and very salty, couldn’t eat it. Then we ordered fajita, crispy chicken, appetizer combo, quesadilla with chicken salad, beans burger, out of which beans burger was the best. Everything else was okay. Best was the desert of molten chocolate with ice cream

I went to Chilis for the first time and it was great. We started with the chips and salsa which was amazing and the mozzarella sticks. I ordered the chicken tender basket which was very good and service was fast and great. Totally Recommend!

Took my family out to eat tonight 2/24/2026, the server I had wasn’t very kind and I asked for a well done steak and when I got it, it was all red inside. I’m not one to complain about anything but this visit was awful. Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures but I wish I should have.

Food was… Okay. Fries tasted old. Burger was well cooked. Service was okay… If not, felt a little rushed. No one likes it when the server comes 10x in a 5 minute period to ask if we are ready… I understand it’s slow but don’t rush your customers to make a desicion. That is called pressure and not good. The server, short girl that’s a brunette, was sounding like a CS AI with their responses, I understand professionalism but come… Sound human. Otherwise, Chilis is always a decent way to eat out.

I haven’t eaten at a chilli’s in a long time. I was kind of disappointed with the menu. I dont know what I expected but it just didn’t seem as ethnic as I expected. It was mostly “normal” food with Mexican spices. With that being said, it was very good food.

Food was amazing! We went around lunch and the restaurant was very quiet, not many people there. The service was incredibly fast and all of the employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a bag of chips and salsa to take home, we will definitely be returning back. THE best place to go if you want amazing chips and salsa!!

It was my first time ever going to chili’s and honestly it was a phenomenal experience! the Mechanicsburg team on Friday 10/17/25 did a spectacular job! huge shoutout to my server Graysen! she was super polite and very attentive. 10/10 service from her and the kitchen staff who absolutely killed it on the food tonight. Highly recommend going to this location when this dream team is working I sincerely regret not going to chili’s sooner and I highly believe everyone working tonight should have a exceptional raise for the excellent service provided.

The amount of times I order from here you’d think there’d be some consistency. Food was already sloppy thrown together I can get over that but then to find BBQ sauce at the bottom of my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla container? What the hell is going on with this place? And I ordered here maybe a week ago and was given a full size cup of soup, today I was told I am only entitled to a sauce size container of it even though I’m paying full price. I don’t know if I will be returning since we can’t keep up with consistency in a chain restaurant.

I had a 6oz sirloin with baked loaded mashed potatoes and salad. My steak was cooked how I ordered but the potatoes tasted old, like they sat around with the peel on after they were baked. Another person in my party had to send his steak back because it was over cooked. We were told the cook was new. The gratuitous salsa and chips were very good.
