The food was good. The customer service on the other hand was bad. The waitress who sat us down had a whole attitude. She treated other customers fine . She would recommend stuff to other people – without them asking. She was more polite to others. My boyfriend asked for napkins and she threw them on the table with an attitude. She unfortunately ruined our date.

My friends and I always come in and have never had a problem with chill’s! Food is usually really good! tonight we went in for my brother’s 10th birthday and were excited to have a pleasant dinner. We were seated, and I asked the host to let my server know it was my brother’s birthday. I had sent my brother to the bathroom. I wanted it to be a surprise because his birthday isn’t until the following day. She agreed and I thought we were set. My friends and I work in the restaurant industry so we know how things usually work. First, our server came off with a little bit of attitude when taking our order. I tried ignoring it but she obviously was more interested in whatever customers she had sitting at the bar. On multiple occasions, we had to ask other employees for things, and she either stayed behind the bar or came by minutes after asking if “everything was okay”. Tips are for the server specifically, but I didn’t even feel the service was worth it. We were waiting for the birthday dessert for at least 15 minutes. I told my brother to wash his hands so I could tell another employee I wanted the birthday dessert to come out, since Grace was still laughing and talking to her customers at the bar. When it finally came out we were trying to split our check on the tablet (like we usually do). however the tablet was glitching, and like usual grace was nowhere to be found. im sorry i usually don’t complain, but it was one of the worst experiences ever.

Chilis as a whole is great. We’ve never had a problem with their service and I honestly feel bad leaving a negative review but their Nashville hot crispers and Nashville mozzarella sticks were not good. So many people raved about it but honestly it was just very salty. The boneless BBQ wings are always great and would definitely recommend them.

My nephew wanted to eat here. He goes there a lot in nyc. He’s familiar and he likes the food. The dip trio was so good. I had the blackberry iced tea. I got the salmon with broccoli and Mexican rice. The mashed potatoes are good too. The staff is very involved and on top of everything. Michael our waiter gets 5 stars.

Jacob was amazing. Took my son for his Birthday and the staff was so on point. My son even said I like him dad. He’s so nice. Food came out in record timing. Hot and cooked to the point. Jacob keep up the amazing work and know you made our day.

Use to be a great place and great experience. Current management running this location into the ground. Still the company is good. Decent food for reasonable prices. My suggestion just avoid Newburgh till there is a change in management. We had an extremely minor complaint, over a slice of cheese, and the manager turned it into this big scene for no reason in the world.

Food was good, prices were good.. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. It was very busy there, with lots of customers. Despite it being busy we did not have to wait. It is handicap accessible inside and outside. Bathrooms were clean.

Went in and was greeted by Michael. Great personality. Made us feel welcomed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Come to find out that he wasn’t really a server. He was the bartender but he did it great and made a mean drink too. The whole experience was surprising in a good way
