If I could give more stars, I would. I stopped by the Chili’s in Commack with my husband and our child and were lucky enough to have Mike as our server and I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best service I’ve ever received in any restaurant. And yes, that includes actual Michelin-star establishments.
Mike was warm, attentive without hovering, genuinely kind, and somehow managed to anticipate what we needed before we even realized we needed it. I’ve had fine-dining servers who couldn’t hold a candle to the level of service he provided at a Chili’s on a regular night. He made the entire experience feel elevated, relaxed, and honestly just joyful.
Restaurants spend fortunes training staff to deliver hospitality at this level Mike just has it. Chili’s, please never let this man go. If you’re coming here, ask for Mike. He is, truly, the gold standard of service.

We decided to go somewhere a little different off the beaten path than we ordinarily do, this evening. We both have been to Chili’s in other locations before, so our expectations where in line with what to expect as far as atmosphere and menu items.
There’s a good size parking lot also catering to the AMC movie theater.
This is a new renovated location and is prime for when those either go to or leaving from the movie theater.
Got on the wait list and was roughly about 35-40 minutes to be seated.
There were two of us. When it came time to be seated we were escorted to a mini table against the back wall, which worked out well.
The server was knowledgeable, polite and a little bit funny but just enough not to be awkwardly annoying .
The service was speedy and the menu items were served in a relatively good amount of time from when they were placed. The items were also prepared as ordered.
Overall, I would revisit this particular location of Chili’s again.

I have been to this Chilli’s location several times hoping that I will like this location and make this my go-to place. I really want to like this place because it is so conveniently located and its menu offerings are appealing.
Unfortunately, all my visits have been consistent on the following:
1) Staff that is not friendly nor eager to serve its customers
2) We wait for a long time for someone to take our order
3) It takes a long time to get our drinks, and even longer to get our food
4) The food is not that great, which means that the food you consume here is not worth enduring the subpar service. I even tried sitting at the bar to see if service was better, but it was the same.

tried chili’s triple dipper and it was okay. does it live up to the hype? no. but it was pretty good and i would have it again. the dinner service servers were amazing though, all of them were top tier and helpful 😀

I just want to state that I have never been the one to write bad reviews ever. I never imagined that I would ever, but the experience today was horrible. For starters i ordered online through the Chilis app on a to-go order ASAP. I am getting it right before my shift because I wish to eat what I thought was yummy food before my shift, I get the Chicken Tenders with the fries and loaded mashed potatoes. I open the box and I see no loaded mashes potatoes, or mashed potatoes. Just fry potato. No mashing in sight. Please feed your workers so they don’t have to take nibbles on my food and eat it because clearly someone in the kitchen got hungry and ate it till they couldn’t stop because I know I didn’t, this stomach is missing mashed potatoes. Now the Chicken. The texture of the chicken is so rubbery. There’s no way this is real chicken, it must be like the 3D printed stuff that you guys are experimenting with or something. This chicken was hard to chew, it felt like every chew made my jawline 100x more sharper, like thanks for the jawline i guess but I wanted yummy food not a workout, if I wanted a workout I would’ve went to the 24hr fitness around the corner. Maybe use the money the company makes on real chicken rather than that 3D wanna be chicken. Like I know Chilis chickens always gets told “Don’t worry about the other chickens you’re my favorite chicken” That’s a lie, Worry about the other chicken because Id rather have any chicken that this “chicken”. If this place ever got told that their chicken is amazing it must’ve been on April fools day or Opposite day because its a joke and a lie. Now done with problem 1 of many. I got a molten lava cake, now I know that a molten lava cake from a to go order wont be molten since its to go but I did not know that it also includes a hair, cause I know its not in the ingredients list. Must’ve been a secret ingredient or something. Now Honey I know it wasn’t my hair because I played peek a boo and saw a CURLY hair in my Ice cream, and my hair is PIN STRAIGHT maybe a little wave at times. Just like the wave that the hair gave me when it saw me but unfortunately for the piece of anonymous hair I did not wave back. In-fact I said goodbye, closed the lid and introduced it to someone new, A garbage can. Absolutely disgusting I do not want unwashed (or washed, expensive shampoo) hair in my food. That’s just utterly ridiculous. Maybe spend money on some hairnets and hair-ties. Problem 3 now, I called immediately to discuss and it ultimately went with “you can come in and we will remake it” and after explaining that I am literally UNABLE to because I got it before work, they said “well we cant do anything then”. There’s two problems with that, One if I come in and ask for it remade you guys are just going to put extra hair in my food, Like hello I do not go meow, Cause theirs no way I am gonna be spitting out hairballs with the amount of hair they’ll place. Two, Cant do anything about it? That’s ridiculous. I called after work and I spoke with manager who seemed pretty rushy, I wasn’t even being rude with him. He said he would send a Gift card via email and yet nothing to receive. Regardless I want just a refund, because there’s no way I am even gonna walk back in here.
P.S- You can barely see the hair in the ice cream but its the black line it just got covered when I was grabbing my phone to take a picture

Ordered a burger (No pink). Also asked for a large on the side. Allison took my order. She said they now charge $2 for large ranch. So I said just give me two small. I got a pink burger and two side of ranch filled 1/4 of the way. Lol unbelievable.
