Honestly I was pleasantly surprised at how great everything was there. The food came fast, was plated beautifully, and was sizzling hot my steak was literally sizzling as the waitress walked towards our table. The only thing I will saybif after we left my husband threw up and had diarrhea, but I think the mac and cheese wasnt fully cooked.I took a taste and it seemed off to me, but I wasnt sure how it was supposed to tatse so I didn’t think anything of it. I’m going to say hopefully it was a fluke. As for my food, it was perfect and I even had leftovers for the next day.

Rachel was very friendly & kind. She was awesome! I was pleased to see that the wait times for food and getting a table were quick as well, despite how busy it was. I ordered the half stack ribs with a side of fries and white cheddar mac and cheese. All very delicious! My watermelon iced tea was very refreshing as well.

My daughter wanted to go to Applebees for her 5.5 birthday. But we’ve been to Applebees three times in the last 2 weeks. That’s too much. I don’t even really like Applebees. So we settled on Chilis, southwestern Applebees. And it was actually great. All three things on my sampler were exactly what I wanted. And my beer was cold. First round of kiddie fries were messed up due to a flake of pepper making its way onto one single fry. But they were good to replace the whole order with clean, salt-only fries to the little 5.5 year old’s satisfaction.

This is the first time I’ve been into a Chilis, the guy that was bartending was awesome- the guy had a full bar with people continually turning and he didn’t miss a beat.
The food was good, everything tasted well enough and I don’t think anyone is going there expecting Guy Savoy.
Prices are super reasonable- this location had some awesome drink specials going on. If all Chili’s are like this, I’d definitely stop back in.

This is my third time ordering big mouth bites & each time they have came completely raw. Out of 4 maybe one was medium. I received my refund on DoorDash thankfully, but very dissatisfied with the food service at Chili’s.

I recently had such an amazing experience at this Chili’s location! From start to finish, everything was wonderful! Our server, Ms. Chole, was absolutely outstanding — polite, friendly, attentive, and incredibly considerate. She didn’t just take care of our table, she was on top of every table around us with the same cheerful energy and genuine kindness.
Before we could even mention a need, she was already a step ahead, making sure everything was perfect. It’s been a while since we’ve gone out to Chili’s due to a past experience, but thanks to Chole, this visit completely changed our perspective! She truly made the evening enjoyable and reminded us why dining out can be such a treat.
I also want to shout out the manager — I didn’t catch his name, but he was just as upbeat and kind, matching my energy and taking the time to listen to my feedback with a big smile.
Overall, this visit was everything we could have hoped for and more. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Went last night, our server Rachel was very nice but unfortunately the food was absolutely awful. we had ordered mozzarella sticks .. they came out awhile later and our food came out basically 5 minutes right after, there was no time in between the app and the meal .. my husband ordered big mouth bites, to be cooked medium.. he took one bite into them and they were cold and RAW like barely cooked at all. I ordered chicken tenders and I took one bite into them and they were completely soggy and SOAKED in oil. My mouth filled with oil and soggy breading.. DISGUSTING. To top it off, we only TOUCHED the screen of the table kiosk and they snuck in a $3 game fee onto our bill — no disclaimer or disclosure prior. Real sneaky. The place was busy so we just quietly paid our bill and left.. the second we got to the car my husband got sick and puked in your parking lot. Needless to say we will never be eating here again

Not so great. I’m bummed they took the chicken and waffles off the menu and that was the only item I really came here for. I came because I got a gift card and was disappointed because the food was not that great besides the honey chipotle boneless wings by themselves. The containers don’t keep the food hot enough I only had a 10 minute drive and my food wasn’t that hot by time I got home. The guacamole disgusted me and was not fresh. On top of that it still had whole slices of guacamole which had started oxidizing already. Also the salad you could also tell was not fresh and must have been sitting in the fridge for at least a couple of days. I know it is take out but I expect a freshly put together salad as if I was eating in. It smelled old and the cheese had started to take on moisture and looked as if it was melted which is a dead giveaway that it has been sitting. Also some of the lettuce was brown and the onions were beginning to turn transparent. I enjoyed the Cajun pasta but the noodles were over cooked so the texture was a bit mushy. My daughter enjoyed her pizza and corn but I don’t think I will be coming back here.

We visited Chili’s and the experience was a bit disappointing. Our drinks didn’t come out until after the food was already served. Our server also forgot the sauce we asked for, and we ended up having to get up ourselves to grab napkins because no one checked back on us until we were already done with our meals.
We also tried to use a discount code, but were told it only applies to online purchases. That was especially irritating because a discount would have been a nice courtesy given the issues we experienced.
The food was good and hot, but the service felt unorganized and inattentive. Hopefully things run smoother on our next visit.
