My family and I visited after a game and were seated immediately. The restaurant was quiet and clean, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and understanding. My goddaughter ordered the Triple Dipper,the honey chipotle mozzarella was a unique twist and tasted great. The sliders were delicious, but the honey chicken wings weren’t my favorite.
My aunt’s surf and turf sirloin was juicy, but the shrimp and mashed potatoes were just okay. My brother’s Chicken Crisper meal came with mac and cheese that tasted like it was from a microwave, while the chicken and fries were average.I ordered the Smokehouse Combo, which included BBQ ribs, sausage, roasted street corn, fries, and garlic bread. The ribs had an overpowering lighter fluid taste, and the sausage was undercooked, but the corn and fries were delicious.
The drinks were fantastic! Overall, it’s a laid-back spot with a decent menu, though some dishes could be better.

I had an awesome experience at this Chili’s location! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Rachel, the manager, really goes above and beyond— showing how much the staff cares about their guests.
Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The team was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It’s clear this location takes a lot of pride in making sure customers leave happy.
Definitely a 5-star visit. Highly recommend this Chili’s if you’re in the East Brunswick area!

I’ve always liked Chili’s or at least liked something Chili’s served, this time was no different. Food was good, service was decent, but never did I think that dinner and drinks for two would ever cost 85 bucks after tip. Otherwise, very happy with our visit.

Awesome service our waiter Michael was incredibly attentive and easily in the top 1% of servers I’ve ever had. He was always checking in at the right moments without being intrusive, and he made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The food was great and came out impressively fast, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a really smooth and enjoyable visit thanks to the great service and efficient kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chili’s in East Brunswick. The restaurant was a little busy but not overwhelmed. I sat at the bar and waited about 7 minutes just to receive a menu. After that, the bartender never took my order at all.
Instead of acknowledging me, the bartender was busy laughing, joking, and having side conversations with a co-worker. I sat at the bar for over 15 minutes without being served. During that time, white customers came in after me and were served promptly, while I continued to be ignored.
This made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. If you’re sitting at the bar, you should at least be acknowledged and asked if you want to order. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning, and management should seriously address staff attentiveness and professionalism.

Great experience overall! The customer service was excellent…our server was attentive and friendly, and the host did a great job as well. The food was just okay, but the service more than made up for it (definitely a solid 100%). They were out of Tito’s when I went, but nothing a little Patrón couldn’t fix. The booths are spacious and can comfortably fit up to 8 people, which was a big plus. I’ll definitely be returning!
