Where to where to start! First we get there and there’s absolutely no host/hostess and we had to wait and the young man that helped us get our seating look like he had to think about it first the good thing was our server came to our table right away and asked for our drink order food came. I ordered the sizzling fajitas and there was nothing absolutely sizzling about fajitas. The meat was not even hot as well as the tortillas either they were old or not heated properly and to top everything off there was other food mixed with my food that I didn’t order. Yes cross contamination is a big issue!!!! Not as it was when I walked into this place for the first time 10 years ago. Changes need to be made!!!!

Kiley was absolutely outstanding and made our entire dining experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Her professionalism combined with her friendly, positive attitude truly set her apart. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it made a huge difference in our visit. We would gladly return just to be served by Kiley again!!! she’s a real asset to the restaurant

Delilah is absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. She checked on us often, made sure our drinks and food were perfect, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. Delilah’s kindness and professionalism really made our visit enjoyable, and she’s a big reason we’ll be coming back. If you’re dining at Chili’s, ask for Delilah — you won’t be disappointed.

Caydon was absolutely amazing. Best server I’ve had in my 21 years of life. He memorized our entire order for five people, including appetizers, and didn’t miss a single thing. Super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience better. I couldn’t think of a more capable and amazing man that has appeared in my life and was able to tend to my needs more than any father figure could. I know this may come off as overy complimentary or “glaze” as us youngins call it now but for Caydon, it’s truly deserved. 5 stars.

My teens and I came to this location before going to a show at the Palace Theater on a Friday night. We were seated promptly and our server brought us chips and salsa, which was great. We usually enjoy our meals at Chili’s and were looking forward to our meal. Unfortunately, after ordering we waited almost an hour for our food. Our server came over a couple times and apologized for the wait but assured us our food would be out momentarily. When we finally got our food, there were several issues. My son’s chicken sandwich arrived without fries, my other son’s chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was dry and lacking chicken in many of the pieces, and my chicken fajitas came out without tortilla wraps or the guacamole I was offered when ordering. We waited another 10 minutes for our server to check on us so we could request the missing items. She apologized profusely and said they were severely understaffed in the kitchen. We ate very quickly so we wouldn’t be late for the show we were going to, and we just made it there. I am usually very understanding but between the wait, missing items, quality of the food and almost being late to our show it was very disappointing. Hopefully staffing can be rectified so other patrons don’t have these issues in the future.

Last couple of times I went there had a server named Jasmine, fantastic job! She was nice and friendly made my evening smooth food came out quick. Checked in asking if I needed anything else. Always wore a smile!! Food was good I mean it’s a chilis not a five star restaurant! Atmosphere was chilis. I thought it was fantastic though keep it up chilis and Jasmine! THANK YOU!!!
