Came here around 2pm on a Tuesday and sat at the bar. I was the only person at the bar. The server was very nice and attentive. She made sure I had a drink in my glass and that I enjoyed my meal. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she did a good job. I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area

Nice visit to Chili’s at the Orange location. My son loves the Nashville Mozarella sticks. Service was excellent. Tiah was so so good and overall management was constantly walking around to make sure everything was good. Guac was a bit bland, but overall – great experience. We will definitely be back

2025 April 26 Parking was a challenge since Chili’s was very busy. I went to check wait time as he continued seeking a space. There were three tables open for immediate seating; yet, I chose to wait for the booth that just opened to be cleared and cleaned. I really appreciate the hostess giving me the option. There was no wait for my fiance and I once he entered. Many dined-in and the to-go side was constant. There was so much buzz among patrons watching draft picks that were playing on the many televisions that I could barely hear the music playing. Gavin cheerfully took our orders. We received our meals within a reasonable time. The food was excellent! I certainly recommend this Chili’s team. This location has proven to be consistent with providing a pleasant atmosphere, cheerful service, and flavorful, fresh tasting meals.

I won’t lie I was influenced to go to Chili’s due to the hype surrounding their chipotle honey fried mozzarella. However, I give them a 6/10, they are cheesy but also doused in oil. And as an app they are pretty filling. I recommend getting the order of 3 instead of 6. The burger was pretty standard as well 7/10, overall the atmosphere is loud and fast paced. The food was okay. There are many issues due to miscommunication between the waitress and kitchen. Runners touched food (burger with hands). Food was not made correctly. The receipt was not accurate. But not off some much to dispute it. The dessert was the best. The kids had fun, and that’s all that matters.

I love chili’s, however this spot needs some work. We were seated …took 10 mins to take our drink order (diet soda) we got our food before our drink. Then no chips n salsa came so the guy added it to go. Made no sense. Organization was wayyy off. We will not be back. Service matters

I’m not the biggest fan but my kids love it. They have good course meal deals. My daughter loves their steak and mash. U can get free dip and chips when u sign up for their loyalty program. The price is right so I don’t complain.

I ordered the triple dipper which was fine. very underwhelming from what i heard. my main issue was the fact that our server rarely checked on us and the “fresh” guacamole was clearly not fresh it was brown. ive worked in the food industry for years and would never have left a table for that long. i can understand if it was busier and they were understaffed but a majority of the time we were there at least in our section there weren’t many people and staff seemed to have down time. at first we ordered just two drinks. we only got one and had to remind them that we ordered both a coke and a root beer. i’ve never sent anything back before but the chips were disgusting as well as the flavorless brown guacamole. the burger for the triple dipper was extremely dry even with the sauce it was hard to swallow. definitely save your money i for sure won’t be going back.

I took out my son for dinner. I understand places could get busy but it was 9. The place was not packed. There were empty tables. The waitress did not take our order for close to 20 min. When our food came she never checked on us. Not 1 time. We needed refills on drinks and some other stuff. Never happened. I would not come back to this location.
