Don’t order take out from here. Just don’t do it. Usually I order a half Texas cheese fries and a kids cheese quesadilla & add chicken. I found out tonight they no longer have the kids quesadilla. Didn’t realize it until my husband went to pick it up and the bill was way higher than we thought so they were nice enough to give it to us for free which was great & something they didn’t have to do, but my husband gets home & I open it to eat and it’s the chicken, bacon, ranch quesadilla. Personally I don’t eat bacon so it went right in the trash. Plus the cheese was basically burnt, not black burnt but hard as a rock burnt. And my Texas cheese fries always come the same way & I love them so I keep ordering hoping to just get a few that are good. I really wish they wouldn’t overcook everything. At this point I’m kind of done with chilis. I’m also well aware that I shouldn’t be complaining for something I got for free and normally I wouldn’t but when you can’t even get the order right then it’s not getting something for free plus my husband probably woilsnt have had sticker shock at the register because I imagine just chicken and cheese is a lot cheaper then what they charge for the speciality one. Had I paid I would’ve had to go back and have them either remake it or get a refund. Oh and two of the quesadillas barely even had anything in it. If you want chili’s make sure you eat in the restaurant, not take out.

Omg, this place is super good. I loved it more just because Melissa was just so wonderful she did a great job in serving us and taking care of our needs. I highly recommend visiting this place.

I went here a few months ago with my boyfriend. He got a burger with fries and I got chicken tenders & fries with a side of mac and cheese. The service was good but we weren’t the biggest fans of the food. The mac and cheese had a soupy consistency, I didn’t like it at all. The chicken tenders and the burger were okay. I think the fries were the only thing we really liked.

Kevin was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL I actually gave the restaurant 5 stars in all the categories BECAUSE he deserves a 15 star review! Great personality, great energy, knew all his stuff and was amazing for my son’s 10th Birthday! Thanks Kevin! We haven’t had service like that in a VERY LONG TIME! Give that man a raise!

Our server jack was quite fast in getting our appetizer to the main dishes. Food was served hot and with good portions! Outlet was clean but restrooms not clean as expected. If you are in a mood for drink and quick bite along this place is recommended

Me and my mom came for dinner. We both got the chicken crispers (mine honey chipoltle dipped), a side salad, and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was great, the crispers were very crispy. The salad on the other hand, it didn’t look fresh and there was a lot of brown pieces. Overall a great place, maybe just work on freshness.

For starters, the place was big so there was no wait for any tables. Server was really nice, got food within 20 minutes of ordering. Some negatives, however, do include a lack of mentioning the price to use the kiosk with games on it. Still, $3 is not so bad for a wide selection of games. Best game on the system by far was the online trivia game.

The pictures doesn’t do them justice of how red one burger was and the other two pink. Specifically told them well done, no pink. I ordered and picked up two burgers drove home started eating and were pink, we didn’t mind at first since we were hungry but once we got towards the middle it got worse so we called to ask for a replacement, the manager apologized and had no problem with the request even offering us fries. Picked up the two new burgers got home and the same thing happened, one was extremely red more so than the others. We called to get our money back and the manager again apologized and had no problem with our request. For this I thank the manager but the chef should be fired, very disappointed not only not being able to eat but wasting time and gas.

The food is always good here. Mushroom and Swiss burger was better than I expected and the shrimp fajita was great. All of their appetizers are very tasty. Very friendly staff. At a time when so many casual restaurants are going downhill, or closing locations, Chili’s has definitely doubled down on quality, value, and service.

Ordered some food from this restaurant. I got the Alex sante fe burger well done which you can clearly see there it is raw. And my grandmother ordered the salad bowl which was 15.99 and the portion is laughable. The avocado for both items are hard as a rock. And we had no napkins or silverware. Called up at the store and the manager Rick said it’s the grub hub drivers fault we didn’t get silverware and we weren’t pleased with are food. And he literally said it comes out of the restaurants pocket when there’s a compliant. I work in the restaurant industry and let me tell you we have Uber eats and grub hub. And it is the take away peoples we hired to make sure utensils are in the bag . Poor excuse to blame it on the driver and not own up to your own mistakes. We came all the way from st Louis Missouri and was so glad to see a chilis here and it was such a disappointment. So if your on vacation and want to eat. Go to another place to eat. They can’t even cook a burger right
