I come every week with my friends to have a good time and eat food. Especially being from a service academy, it’s awesome to have a break at chilis. The employees are always looking out for you and are super friendly. Heather is the best bartender I have ever had, she knows my order everytime I walk in and is super friendly. This is the best chilis I have been to without a doubt.

Our server Jenna was great! She waa friendly, made yummy recommendations, AND noticed my drink was empty before I did! She had asked the kitchen to make sure the appetizer came out before our meal…yet the fajitas came out before our Big Bite Trio. Since my friend and I were splitting both, it didnt matter much. But seems like the kitchen can work on their timing.

Had a lovely dining experience. There was no wait to be seated, food was great and we were served very quickly. All of the staff was very friendly and efficient. Our waitress Megan was fantastic. She was very attentive, sweet, funny and enjoyable to be around. Atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, nice lighting and good music. The manager Jeff stopped at out table to introduce himself and ensure we were enjoying our meal. We will definitely come back.

The whole togo team always does an amazing job and blow my mind everytime!!! This is the best chilis I have ever been to from servers, bartenders, togo, and even management! The managers Tim and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order and were so pleasant!! Look forward to coming back again weather I order Togo and see the pleasant ladies again or dine in and see my favorite server Caitlin she is one of my favorite servers and I make sure to always come back to see her!

Came in for lunch on a Thursday and was seated promptly. Meagan our server was amazing. Super attentive and brought such an amazing aura. Food was delicious and portions were great.

Went here tonight with my fiancé, i wanted to try the viral Nashville Hot Mozz Sticks which came out perfectly cooked and had the right amount of heat. I also got the Southwest Eggrolls, perfecto. He got the Smokehouse combo with Nashville hot chicken crispers, street corn, fries and brisket quesadillas.
The street corn was mushy and cold, disappointing, but the flavor was still good. The fries were cold and blah. Crispers were juicy and flavorful. The highlight was the brisket quesdilla, the brisket was tender and moist with the perfect amount of bbq sauce.
We decided to try a bowl of chili at chilis and it was also disappointing, so much salt and cumin we couldn’t keep eating it. Otherwise, we had a good experience and our waitress was attentive.

Take out and delivery is awful, the food shows up cold and reheating it just makes whatever you ordered rubbery. Any dine in experience I have had here has been 4 to 5 stars in every category, but take out is just too expensive for a disappointing experience
