I’ve been to this Chilis locations a few times now, and this is my favorite out of all in the area. You’re most likely to get the waitress Mina during lunchtime, who is absolutely phenomenal and she’s the reason I came back with my family Sunday night, (she told me to!) she gave us a great experience after a stressful family event and I hope corporate receives this feedback ! Service team and management were on point , i was shocked at a few of the past reviews of this location but that must’ve been long gone crew members, these guys were on it ! Delicious hot food, great drinks, better service, thank you and I will be back!

Went to have lunch here yesterday and left disappointed. I did not get my waiters name – only that he was Asian and I believe he had glasses. The catch phrase of the afternoon was “sorry about that”. I counted him saying that about 15 times between my table and the table behind us due to all the mistakes that were made. I ordered the surf n turf and for the sides said brócoli and mushroom. And for the steak to come out medium well – some pink. My fiancé asked for no jalapeños on his food. We noted unusually longer wait times and it wasn’t that full. When he brought our plates mine had mashed potatoes and his had jalapeños. It was a while before I could get his attention. He later brought brócoli. When I cut into the steak it was very dry and tough. I had to wave him down again. My fiancé saw how overwhelmed the young man seemed, so just took off the jalapeños himself and didn’t bother with the waiter. Meanwhile the table behind us had issues as well. They ended up getting a discount on their bill due to a less than ideal experience. When I was finally able to get the waiter to switch out my steak, he brought it back without the shrimp. When he took my plate back to the kitchen it had shrimp and mashed potatoes on it that were barely touched. When he brought it back, it only had the steak. I wanted to say something about the missing sides but we were so frustrated at this point we just wanted to get out of there. As we got our bill, there was an extra 14.99 for the steak we had to get recooked due to being too dry. Another mistake we had to wave him down for. When I was a waitress years ago I remember everything had to be rung in so I understand the mistake, it was just one more thing added on to all of the other things. Waiter could use more training. Maybe he’d be able to retire his constant “sorry about that” catch phrase.

I was in for lunch on Saturday 2-21-2026 at about 2:30pm with a friend. Over the next several hours my stomach was feeling painful and cramping. By 11PM I was awaken from my sleep with projectile vomiting spewing all over my bedroom as I attempted to make it to my bathroom toilet. This continued to happen about 5 more times over the next 12 hours, also accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea. I talked with my friend who I had dined with and he has experienced the same thing. It has been 36 plus hours and my only relief is the few hours of sleep I’ve had been bathroom visits. Please take note of this and revisit your sanitation/safe food handling practices. I took my son there for lunch and overall it was an excellent experience. Our server was Javier – he was awesome! Great at helping us out with our menu questions, and making sure everything was taken care of during our meal. The food was hot and fresh, we tried the new honey chipotle mozzarella sticks and they were really good. It was nice to see some different flavors and options on the menu.

I came here in a great mood and walk out extremely disappointed. Food was good but server was very disrespectful. It was a young man with brown curls and his name was tony if i remember correctly. He rarely came to check on us and kept giving us an attitude, i completely understand if he was under pressure but i never would think i would be told “that’s not my problem” by a chilis server. My children waited 20 minutes to receive their side of ranch after we told him 2 times they only like to eat their fries with ranch. We ended up leaving 2 hours later after all the issues we faced. Never again will i come to this chilis.

The food was great, a bit too salty but still delicious. However, what truly made me want to write a review was our server, Leah. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel very comfortable dining at Chili’s.Leah, our server at Chili’s, was attentive, kind, and made us feel very comfortable dining there. My husband and I occasionally go out to restaurants, but we stopped going out frequently because the service at some restaurants was simply not good. Leah did an amazing job, and we hope to come back again and get her as our server!

I dined in this past tuesday and I had such an amazing experience. Our server Amina was amazing ! She made sure to answer any questions as well as giving recommendations. Our food was hot and delicious . I will def be coming back !

Food has gone downhill. They dont have regular nachos any more. They have chicken bacon nachos. Too much stuff. Waitress forgot a couple of things. No more free chips. Have to pay extra for sour cream etc.
